“I am writing this review to correct a bad experience. I tried to call the branch with no luck and posted a bad review. Counter checks were given to me to use while new checks were being printed. A charge of 33 cents per check was charged to my account without my knowledge. I understand that fees are necessary in business but when those fees blindside you well I get upset. To make a long story short Brooke Meng with Seacoast personally call me and took care of the problem. I did not expect. I do greatly appreciate that. It makes me feel that I'm not just a number. That is rare. The staff at the Lake City branch are some of the best people in the banking business. They are respectful and considerate. The call from Brooke proves that. I will continue to bank with Seacoast and refer others. Thanks again!”
