Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer experience!!!!! Pulled in to purchase new driver side tire and stood leaning against my car for 10mins No one approached, inquired, nor offered ANY help!!!! Instead the 3! guys decided grading a patch of land was more urgent than Making Money....Fine by me

I went and purchased a “like new” tire from them for my car. I needed a tire to take to the body shop where my car was after an accident. Shortly after I dropped the tire off to be put on my car, I was called and told the tire had a nail in it. That meant they didn’t even look at the tire before they sold it to me. I called and talked to the manager and he stated I could not get a refund but he will patch the hole in the tire and it will be brand new. I do not recommend them at all.

Went in because I was told I needed four new tires by discount tires they looked at my tires and told me my tires are fine all I needed was an alignment and balance they are very honest with very reasonable prices I highly recommend their service

These guys were awesome! We were on a roadtrip to Disney and 3 hours before we reach our destination, our window would not go up. They were able to fix it right then so we could continue on our way. I really did not want to go overnight with an open window for someone to steal our car. Thank you!!!

Chris and Ashley are some wonderful people.
Just recently purchased a vehicle and needed a 24inch tire. They got me one ordered and took care of me, when I came back to pick up my wheel I got a used tire for my other car. Very courteous. And friendly. Will use them again and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a semi tire or passenger tire in lake city.

If I could do 0 stars I would this is the second time I've spent 65 dollars on their tires and they have either went flat the next day or wobbled so bad I had to replace but good ol Murray's tire don't care just blame the customer any which way.terrible place all together they could've just offered another tire or discounted the next one but they are crooks all day...this manager Chris isn't no help either can't even call the customer back...

If I could give a zero I would. I sent my girlfriend to them to get 4 nounted and balanced. The GMC deslership quoted me $200 for all four so I thought I would save a little money and support a small business locally in lake city. What a mistake. He must have saw my girlfriend coming because he charged $265 to mount and balance 4 brand new tires so I drove back up there thinking there's bo way. He had to have made a mistake. He said it wasnt a mistake and tyat hebwas the best around. My 10 year old could have done a better job then him and his clowns. He lost a bolt to my center cap and feels like I'm driving on a dirt road. The Bubba Gump looking dude wanted to fight when I called him out on robbing people like that so watch out. Don't let him steal your money too.

These guys are awesome! I was stuck on the side of the road with no spare since I have 20” aftermarket rims and tires on my truck. These guys showed up with a used version of my exact same time and got me back on the road for a 5 hour road trip to hunt GA. They had everything they needed on the truck to fix me up and send me on my way. I highly recommend them. They saved my weekend for a boys trip with my son, nephew and their grandfather.

I came to just get some air in my tire because my low tire pressure light was on, I am a female law enforcement officer that commutes back and forth 1 hour. The guy was VERY rude and he turned me away. I Will NEVER Come Here Again.
