Website is down and the phone number does not seem to be in service. Clearly a phenomenal product with a large fan base, Yet they appear to be unable to meet the demand for the product.

I placed an order weeks ago. When I placed it I got a confirmation email stating my order had been processed. I never received a tracking number or any other information after that. I started to get nervous that something was wrong with my order so I emailed customer service a few times with my concerns and asked for a tracking number. Not once did I get a response. So, I tried calling customer service a couple of times and kept getting voicemail saying they will return my call. I never did get a call back or any information regarding my order. Right now my order is in limbo and I don't know how to recoup my money. I wouldn't recommend their products to anybody as their support team is terrible.

Their tanks are sooooo cute!! If you saw one on their website you wanted and they don't have it in store they will print it for you in store, which is awesome!! The only issue is, their staff isn't very big and we had to wait about 15 minutes before we even saw 1 employee! She was super sweet, but we didn't plan on being there that long. And their selection of colors for womens tanks is a little lacking, which was slightly disappointing. But the tank my mom got is something we've looked for forever!

Order and paid for 4 tshirts over a week ago with no email regarding my order or and shipping details.have emailed them at least 8 times,called several.Nobody answers the phone there or returns calls or emails.Beware as it looks like they take $ and end up impossible to reach or get a reply.beware of this company appears to be thieves!

Ordered some stuff online, The Quadfather hoddie and shirt. The shirt was order as a Large and they send me a small. I weight 232lbs so I most definitely cannot fit in a small. I emailed customer support and let them know what happen, the response was “sorry but you ordered a small”. That to me is terrible customer service. All I wanted was for them to send me the correct size. Obviously Whoever runs this place has either no care for customer service or no experience with customer service. Either way I will not recommend this place or shop here again until my issue is taken care of.
