Juan was very kind and helpful! I didn't have some of my pictures backed up and he helped me figure out how to do that so I didn't lose any when I got a new phone.

Juan was absolutely amazing! I was having the worst day and even worse luck with my broken phone, i had an extra and he took so much time to get things figured out for me that he didn't have too. The store was mins from closing and he didn't turn me away. Knowing i had to have a working phone to communicate with my son hours away in a hospital with his wife and unborn baby, he showed empathy and did everything perfectly. Please give this man a raise!

Don't bother with this place. These a$$$holes LIED to me TWICE and sold me the WRONG. PHONES. TWICE. Don't bother with the Moto G 5G Stylus 2023 model because the bug it has is the battery stops working at random within a few months.
I was supposed to have gotten the 2023 last year when I actually got the '22 model. This year I was sold the 2023 when I was told it was 2024.
Didn't find out until I went to get my 2023 fixed because of the battery when I was told it was charge port. No it isn't.
They also over charge you for a phone line. The big price includes the screen and case, which adds $30-$45 which THEY POCKET. Don't waste your time and money. The guy is an id10t and the girls are kinda shallow.

Went into the store to get a tablet that my daughter was buying me as a birthday present to add to my account. Yes my was an employee. Lilly, the associate that "helped" me decided to ask me IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER " do you consent to the purchase of this tablet that YOUR daughter is buying for you that she INSISTS you have to have?" I found this rude and disrespectful. She also talked down to be about what to do and not to do with the tablet like I didn't know what I was doing! Again rude and disrespectful! She was then trying to insist that we needed to buy yet another $300 tablet for my 18 month old grandson. She added insurance to the tablet without asking if I wanted it, she did not discuss any part of the purchase or what she was or was not adding. She then insisted that I have my daughter set up my new tablet like I didn't know how to do it! AGAIN rude and disrespectful. I am glad my daughter will no longer be working there! All this was done in front of another customer as well as my daughter who was at work there at time! I believe I will find another location to deal with if I really need to go in store!

The guy kinda got attitude when we asked him to explain why the bill was 20$ more than usually. When I said if you can't explain it I will just buy another sim card and air time from Walmart. He pretty much wouldn't answer anything else. So we left. I wouldn't suggest dealing with these guys.

I needed to downgrade my phone plan and they were excellent considering I lost one of my two jobs and they help me out a great deal to get my monthly debt down very helpful I recommend very much we also have bought our phones there many times very helpful people

What a nasty set of lies these people use to sell you products. Traded in my phone for a discount. Never credited my account hid fees on my other accounts. 11y account holder lost my number switched carriers
