Takes forever to get anyone to answer phone. When you get answering service they take information and say someone will contact you. I have been trying to get this company to handle a prescription for oxygen item since Jan. 2024 it is now mid March. They lie and never do what they say. I wouldn't recommend them ever to anyone. Maybe this review will get me a call Back sooner and prevent others from having this issue. I won't hold my breath though.

Being a caregiver is tasked with dealing with numerous healthcare agencies. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Josh Joyner, a Lincare technician assigned to our account.From the initial set up, Josh exuded nothing but professionalism and patience. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to use and properly maintain equipment. Even to the point of allowing me to video the set-up process.Josh made my aunt and I feel like our business was personal and that we mattered. If we needed additional oxygen or supplies, Josh did not hesitate to deliver no matter the scheduled day.Unfortunately, my aunt passed away. However, I will never forget the kindness, compassion and professionalism that Josh Joyner showed in such a troubling time.Thank you Lincare.

Best place to get your supplies. Always treated well. The service is always on time and never a worry of running out. Tiffany is there to answer your call and Josh gets the delivery to you with a smile and a kind word.

Josh has been exceptional. Always ready to help in any way he can. Takes great care of us. Lady in the Lake City office has been helpful and kind. Would recommend this office to anyone needing oxygen supplies. They are top notch.

I am giving them 1 star because I can't give them a 0. This office strung me along for 5 months. First they said that my CPAP machine was being handled by American Home Patient in Gainesville, but they would take care of it. (They own American Home Patient) They stated they would call me back, which they never did. I had to repeatedly call them and they stated they would take care of it. First they said it was ordered in June. They could see that 'Chart notes were requested. I called the Dr. and they said the chart notes were sent with the prescription. The next time I called they said the CPAP was ordered in March. Then they said they would refer it to their office manager. I called back again and spoke to Ashley, who claimed to be the office manager. She said it wasn't her fault because she didn't start until July. I tdd her if she was the office manager was responsible. She then hung up on me. She called back 30 minutes later and said the order was canceled. DONT EVER USE THIS CONPANY!

My doctor order 02 nebulizer BiPAP give me the number to my house 2 weeks ago today when I called them or my brother called them we will call you back you never get a phone call back they told my doctor Friday it will be delivered Monday and it is still not here even the doctor's office says this is the worst company out there and I am beginning to believe that I guess if I do not hear from them today they will hear from my lawyer and that is not a threat that is a promise now we are into three weeks and still no phone call

Terrible service! Do not use Lincare if you are in Lake City, or anywhere in Columbia County. The woman named Debbie at the local office refuses to answer the phone and the corporate office seems to be clueless as well. I've desperately been trying to get emergency CPAP supplies for two days now and no help, nothing. Do not endanger your life and well being, do not use Lincare, a horribly run company that does not care at all.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company will invoice you for products you never received or asked for. They will call at all hours trying to get you to buy supplies!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!

My mother has been using this company for about 3 years now. They have always done everything they could do for us and Peter has been had such a rough time lately- he really is doing the best he can and we appreciate him for that!

peter is a complete P.O.S.
My mother has used oxygen for many years and her insured requires her to use this company. after 2 yrs of having the machine, peter calls at 9am saying he cant find the required documentation from her insurance company for his upcoming audit and if she didn't supply him a copy that he would send someone to take the machine the following morning. nowhere in the LINCARE contract does it say that the customer has to have a copy of LINCARES paperwork.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE>>>>FIND SOMEONE ELSE THATS RELIABLE!!!!
