Our pitbull, Freya, was a treasured member of our family. At 8 years of age she became sick and was not enjoying life. My daughters and I made the decision to euthanize. It was very painful for us as she was a loving and amazing dog. Freya was treated kindly and with dignity by the staff.
I am so very thankful for the card I received today. It was signed by the staff, and had a nose and paw print.
When I am ready, Lake City animal hospital is the only team I will trust with my pet.

Lake City Animal Hospital provides excellent care to my dog. All staff, the veterinarians, the techs, the front desk, have been very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I would like to comment on how accommodating your clinic is. We have had some urgent issues arise with our dog, where we needed same day appointments and you guys were always able to fit us in. I can't tell you how helpful that has been. 5+ star rating to you all for sure!

They cared for my senior dog. I brought my new puppy here. Scheduled spay and hernia surgeries. Got in the exam room on the day of the surgery when they proceeded to tell me the vet that does that surgery left and the new vet had never done it, but can try. What’s she gonna do, watch a YouTube video? Nothing like waiting till the day of surgery to tell me. I’m not going back

This place is awesome ! Super friendly staff, they treat your family member /pet with love care and truly considerate. The doctor is super knowledgeable but takes her time to share ! They not only won my business but won my dog over! Great job keep up the kindness.

As much as I wanted to love this place, they have no incentive to make your animals better. They only care about their time and money.
They would rather play a guessing game as to what’s wrong with your pet rather than run the necessary test/biopsy/samples to diagnose the issue. They would rather prescribe multiple different things to try to fix the issue that they *think* it is, but charge you for another exam fee if you have to bring your pet back because it wasn’t working.
This gives them no incentive to make your pet well again if they can just keep charging for different medications and exams for the same issue.
Not to mention, you’d schedule an appointment at 2:30 and wouldn’t be called back into a room for an hour. once you’re in the room, You’re waiting another half hour to actually be seen.
Stop overbooking and just schedule out. We show up on time as patients and are punished for that.
I understand if there’s an emergency, but every single appointment, it can’t be a coincidence.
Do better please, for the animals.
I’ve switched to Caring Hands Animal Hospital and will see how that goes.

My German Shorthairs mom and daughter in Branford . I couldn’t be happier with this office and doctors. I am a former customer of Suwannee Vet In Branford and could not be seen for 2 emergency vet visits, Cocoo had mastitis with puppies 2 years ago and Blu had a limp this month. This office took my pups the day I called for appointment and treated them expertly and compassionately. I am switching to this office. Thank you all

Normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been to two other vets in the area, and this vet I decided to try and I can say I found a home for both my cats. Very impressed with the staff and care she has received. They always get my cats in super quick, same day even. Their prices for the care my cats receive are appropriately priced and affordable as well. What prompted me to leave a review was the phone call I received from Heather checking up on my kitties two weeks after their last appointments just to follow up. Just super impressed so far (:

I had to reschedule my dogs surgery about three different times. Things happen y’all lol. And they understood every time. They didn’t give me a hard time about anything. I am on the spectrum so I am not a quick a thinker as others. And they were very patient with me. As for my dogs care… I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this surgery. I have had it done at another place years ago and if I knew this place was here I would have driven to the ends here. Cupcake had a ACL surgery. And she’s healing just fine. The vet even gives you links to make sure you’re doing the dog’s range of motion and makes sure you understand. And there’s never a dumb question with this clinic. They will answer anything. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for being there for my dog, The most important part of my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
