Very nice employees. Check in was easy, although the scanner couldn't read my driver's license. I didn't make an appointment, but I was in and out pretty quick.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am. Finally seen at 11:45, only to be told they didn't have what was needed for the fasting tests. 3 walk- in's, who arrived after me were seen first as well.

Definitely need a better staff with a good attitude. Their attitude is awful. Sent my brother there and they were so ugly to him. It's best to go to quest very sweet people working there.

The people working here are never pleasant, they always seem to be annoyed by the customers. I made an appointment online to come on Friday, well the closest LabCorp is this one, which is 45 minutes from where I live. I get here on time for my appointment for them to tell me to come back on Monday because they don't have the tube needed to draw my blood and they MIGHT have it Monday. That's ridiculous. Customer service here needs to be adjusted.

My wife had an appointment for a glucose test and they told her to come back because they had lunch and couldn’t draw her blood at 12:10. When she goes today they said she was late because she is a full time caregiver and it’s a 40 minute drive to this location and told her because of lunch they can’t do it. She is upset and cannot keep driving back and forth because they cant stay 10 minutes after lunch to draw her blood or come back 10 minutes early. When she made her first appointment nothing was ever said about the time or anything days prior to the appointment.

My travel company uses Lancorp for all their company employee needs. I usually go to this location, and I am always happy with the service I receive at this location. The staff here always greets you with a smile and is always willing to help you with any concerns. Today's visit was great I originally scheduled an appointment for 2:45p but got out of work early so showed up at 1:15p, I did all my scheduling on line and when checking in the check in kiosk asked me if I wanted to keep my 2:45p appointment or move up to the next available time slot. This made checking in very quick and easy. The lobby area was empty at the time, so I was seen very quickly. I believe I was in and out within 5 to 10 mins for the whole visit. The staff are friendly and very professional.The cleanliness of the location is very clean and tidy. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. I wish I had gotten the name of the tech that served me today as she was exceptional. I will definitely continue to use this labcorp location.

I called and couldn't schedule an appointment. Their phone system put me thru Voicemail Hell. It was awful. I just want to make sure I'm able to get the right tests that I need since I'll be driving there from White Springs to get my tests.

Drove a long way to an appt I made a week before to find out they are not taking their appointments because their system is down. More effort should be made to inform patients about cancelled appointments because some will end up driving a long way for no reason

My telephone number is listed in the system, I was there on April 18th and again today. Could an office manager over the Lake City location please call me or even someone above the office manager as in corporate. I left a message again today for a call back under patient services with my telephone number. Thank you.
