Who charges $640 to replace a alternator when the guy was on his phone most of the time took him 8 hours I even went and got the alternator so a total of $828 for the work that should've taken maybe 3 hours. Just lazy and a rip off. But the convenience was nice but wasn't worth it I would rather walk across the states than deal with them again.

we had a class A rv front right tire blowout on 75n south of Lake City, these guys arrived in a hour, took less thank an hour to replace the tire on the side of the road and we continued on our trip. I thought a lil expensive but for us it was worth it. our insurance company wanted it towed to a shop to do the same thing, the tow would have been 3500 bucks...

Bad experience, traveling from Georgia to Florida had a flat on I10. We stopped on Hwy 90 and search web for repair shops; we came across Jayz. He charged us 200.00 dollars for plugging the tire. Initially he wanted 240.00 dollars for a new tire which could have been a used tire as far as we know. I would not recommend him; he was an hour long getting to us when he said 30 minutes. ??????????

My truck broke down at Georgia, I call JZ and ask for his service, I tell him it was only a heating hose,i toke picture of the hose and he tell me it was going to be $360 ,when he showed up super late ,his mechanics was and training, I can tell because he didn't know what he was supposed to do, and the trainer was sleeping on passenger side , I had to help him holding my flash light, raining, I got suck and weat, and at the end he try it to over charge me $575 dollars ,I don't think he was honest and i end up paying $400 after arguing with him about the price.. he didn't even check to see if was still licking water, I drove 6 miles and my truck overheats again, I call them to tell them about it and he tell me I had to wait till 7am ,after paying $400 dollars, I don't think is fair..HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . NOT HONEST WITH THE BILL OR PRICES

Had a flat on a semi. Took 6 hours to get on site. Price was not completely unreasonable but was high. The issue i have is that the patch placed on the tire was not installed correctly. Had a flat the next morning and had to call another company. They showed me where the patch was that jayz had put in. It wasnt even glued. The rubber was also not grinded on and wouldnt allow the patch to bond. Spent 250 dollars and waited 6 hours just to have to pay someone to fix. Would not recommend.

$255 just to call and come, $85 service fee then $85 for 2 hour minimum right off the bat, plus if you need parts, tack on that cost with upcharge of $25+ but if you just need a tire change, $255, outrageous, rip off, call a tow truck or use triple AAA, they need to disclose these costs up front when you call, never again, first and last time I will ever use a mobile mechanic, but Kenny was awesome, couteous, friendly and fast.

The roadside service was as expected, and successfully got my RV to a safer location, to do the troubleshooting and fix. From that point on, it went bad! Would not accept credit card or a check demanded cash ! I paid cash. Then the " fix" did not work, and a paid another mechanic to fix it properly. To top it off, Troy scammed me for $150.00 via e-pay, and wont return that $. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had to have a Tire changed and they came right out and did a great job knowing that it is dangerous on the side of the road we were up and going in no time. Driver was very pleasant and nice was ready to pay and leave a tip as well. Will definitely use them again when I’m in the area and will spread the word. Keep up the good work you guys and be safe. Thanks again

I'm leaving 1 star because I think the company took advantage of us knowing we were in a no win situation. I'm leaving a picture of the total we were charged because I want others to see I didn't make it up. I'll start with just the "fees". First a $95 service fee just for taking the call. Then $150 that was supposedly paid to the parts store to open after hours (5pm, not late in the evening or at night). Then $100 for the owner of the business to make a trip to the parts store to get the part (the person working on our vehicle left to go meet him apparently). Then we get to the cost of the parts... We needed a new hub assembly so this was no standard flat tire. The MOST expensive hub assembly I could find anywhere online was $207 and that was with some searching, most were sub $100. We were charged $275. I don't have a problem with the hourly rate charged because I understand it's a very dangerous job working on a vehicle on the side of the road and the gentleman and woman working on our trailer were very courteous and friendly. They did get us back on the road, but buyer beware regarding the pricing practices of this company.
