Love the store. Very disappointed with management. Manager refused to open a new register to offload us gimped up (just out of hospital) patrons. So the new register guy was on his own to process a complicated return on his second day of work. Getting berated every time he asked for help. Felt bad for the guy. Consequently the gimpy patrons stood in pain infused agony on bum leg for 15+ minutes.... Shame on the the rejects.

This afternoon, I brought a tool into harbor freight for a warranty replacement and the cashier Amanda helped with the replacement, it was the easiest/quickest warranty I have EVER went through, and Ms Amanda was the nicest and most charismatic cashier I have had the pleasure checking tools out with. Thank you to the Lake city Harbor Freight tools for such a good Staff.
