I am thrilled to write this review because Hair's Mower Parts and Repair is the BEST shop I have found to work on my EGO Lawn Mower. These folks are highly organized and competent; I've been working with Blaine and he has kept me informed with his progress, discussed options for repair, and gone to significant lengths to solve the mower's problem (speed control). I am so grateful to find a repair shop that provides REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had an absolutely great experience with Blaine and the Ladies today when I purchased a used line trimmer from them. There were some spare parts and a manual that were supposed to come with it and the ladies tore the place apart to make sure I got what what I came for. Great service. Thanks to you all.
