Took my daughter here while we were visiting. They charged me for trimming her bangs and hair ends. She asked for a wolf cut and the hair stylist said she never asked for it. She said she mentioned wolf style twice. My daughter speaks low because she has social anxiety. The lady obviously didn't care to clarify what she was saying nor did she offer to fix it. I also was charged 19 for her haircut when it said 7 for bangs and ends which was all she did. We still had an hour and a half to drive home and the lady had a she didn't care or want to do anything so we just left. Will never use this place again. The same lady did my son's hair cut he was happy with his but honestly it didn't look like the style he picked it looked like his normal cut. Guess we just caught the bad stylist this visit.

Every time my son gets his haircut here it gets messed up. Last time they cut his hair I asked for a fade show them how it normally looks when they were done it looked like the guy from the movie dumb and dumber now this time I showed them again how he wants it and when it was done again it doesn’t even look close to a fade and looks like they allow people to just walk in from the street and cut hair. I will never subject my son to another haircut at this place and I do not recommend this place.

Used the app to save time, but due to previous customers, wait was 40 min. Got a great cut from Emily and was on my way 10 minutes later.

Check in process was straight forward. Person who cut my hair completely disregarded what I asked for, even shown a picture of exactly what I wanted. It's going to take me a year or more to grow back what I wanted to keep.
