This has been a perfect experience. Your people contacted my granddaughter before delivery and we're very efficient. She was able to have my great granddaughter's bedroom all set up when she returned from her trip. She absolutely loves everything.

I felt like I got the perfect amount of attention in this furniture store: no hovering but there when I had questions.
I also found what I wanted at a great price given the sale that was going on at the time.
The financing options were great. The staff and sales people were super.

Great customer service. Tlracy even send a personalized, thank you card. With a handwritten message inside. Delivery was prompt and professional and courtesy.

They are always nice there. I am purchasing a fridge, which I absolutely love. I bought a rollaway bed straight out cash. They got it in really quickly. Helped load it in the back of the truck. And it is very nice. Mattress is great and feels amazing to sleep on.

I am a loyal customer. Never missed a payment. I even added a few things onto my account. So you could imagine my delight when I received a credit extension invitation in the mail. The letter said that my payment history with the store was stellar. The letter stated that I would receive a raise to my credit limit and that I could use it to purchase without increasing my monthly payment. The sales woman was very helpful. She wrote up the order and went to speak with the lady in the back. Well...as soon as they saw a Black lady with her Puerto Rican husband I was denied. The sales woman was confused and she apologized to me and told me that they would have to run my credit again. She told me that she did not understand and was just as confused as I was. I cancelled my order and walked out. I was totally humiliated. When I pay them off, I'll be Damned if I Ever buy anything from them again! As far as I'm concerned...the two ladies behind the counter...can go to hell.
