Absolutely rude employee this morning I asked when they were going to put out the hot Wheels display and the lady at the register said she didn't know and that I didn't need to be in her back room . I wasn't in her back room but you could clearly see the display through the window . Not sure if she was the manager or not but I didn't ask for the rude mouth and acting like I was in her back room. She definitely doesn't have any customer service skills

The customer service is just amazing! They're so upbeat and genuinely nice. Almost always have what your looking for and if they don't they'll check if their sister stores do. 100 out 100!!

Tonight my husband and I went into this particular family dollar to grab a few items and to load money onto our debit card, the transaction wound up causing a situation where we were needing to break a large bill to cover $1.75 to complete it. The cashier Julie didn’t have enough in the register to cover it but instead of turning us away she took the money out of her own pocket so we could finish our transaction successfully. That kind of kindness is rare in this day and age unfortunately. Thank you so much Ms. Julie. You deserve a raise!!
