I have delt a lot with other U-Haul dealers. By far the treatment you receive at this location is stellar. You need U-Haul equipment to rent they have it all trucks, trailer's anything you need. Go see Valerie and John. You won't be sorry.

Great prices and customer service. Would recommend this self storage for anyone needing to store their valuables somewhere. Month to month availability, 24 hour secured access 7 days a week. climate control as well as non climate control available. Uhaul dealership on site with boxes and locks to make it convenient for us to have a one stop shop for all moving necessities as well. Valerie is a sweetheart! overall great experience.

FIVE STARS! Hands down one of the most humbling and best experiences I've had when it comes to “customer service†in my life. Initially when I called the Ellisvilles Mini Storage I had trouble getting through with the listed number posted on Google and other social media sites. Desperate and on such a SHORT notice (we're talkin same day of kinda ordeal) I reached out through Facebook and not long after a staff member by the name of Valerie reached back out to me. When I tell y'all this woman was heaven sent, she was HEAVEN SENT. It's rare to find a company with genuinely kindhearted employees who not only value their job but their customers to. She notified me of all my options, all rates, fees and so forth. Even at the very last minute, she made the time to make sure I would taken care of and that all my needs would be met prior to my arrival. A short time later, with tear filled eyes there I was pulling up with a SUV full of just a few my belongings. Here stood a woman I've never in my life met; with arms wide open and embraced me with a huge loving hug, kind words and reassurance. Little to her knowledge, I was trying to make my way out of very toxic situation and her drive to go above and beyond for me will NEVER go unnoticed or unheard of. She walked me down to the first unit and I thought for sure that it'd be the right size.. distraught and after hours; there I was in shambles again unsure of what I was gonna do because I was on a time frame, panicking and had to be out of the house I was living in at the time by midnight. She rest assured everything would be okay and that there was a until a few spaces down that was bigger in size and should accommodate all my belongings and simply not to worry because all was okay and that I could come in the following day and pay the differential in unit sizes. (Again, yet another blessing) Every single encounter and conversation with Valerie has been nothing short of blissful. It's rare to find a place that's not only compassionate but willing to go above and beyond for complete strangers! If you're looking for a unit to rent you DO NOT want to pass this place up! It's been an amazing experience thus far and I'll forever be grateful for her gratitude, compassion, kindness and over all the best customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Huge shout out and THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE! May the Lord bless you in many ways for the blessings you've bestowed upon others!
