“I needed to have my cracked, phone screen replaced. I made an appointment for the day after the new screen was to arrive. Unfortunately, the new screen did not arrive on time. Due to me having to make a second trip (an hour traveling round trip), I was offered a $20 discount which covered my gas. The manager notified me when the new screen arrived.
