I will be back to get my phone screen replaced! So glad the manager, Timothy, explained the process. Him and his staff member (I didn't catch his name ugh) were really great. I haven't had customer service and just the friendly service in a very long time!”

“3 hours on the phone with Samsung....I said thank you and hung up....Was recommended by my neighbor to go to "Phone Shack". Called and a real person answer said cone on by and yes you can wait on your phone. Went there expand to Moe what issues I was having..when I was done explaining he handed me the phonebacand all done..He showed me and it worked...20??????????????????????”
