4 different bugs in my room, area is noisy so you can everything going on. Saw a roach crawling around near the bathroom. Show curtains look like they have feces on them. Off duty manager tried to blame me and hand wave “why didn’t you come to us last night”, because I guess I should be doing inspections when I walk in, right? I’m fuming. Don’t ever come here. 20% refund for feeling so gross.

I was there on May 3rd.
Roaches in the bathroom.
Toilet would not flush.
Towels were dirty.
Was in a nonsmoking room the bedsheets smelled like smoke.
It is overpriced.
It was disgusting

FALSE CHARGES!! I paid with points so they charged a smoking fee on my credit card, even though I did NOT smoke in the room. For the past 3 years, I have traveled weekly for work, and this has never been an issue anywhere else. I go outside to smoke, even at my own house. If I wanted to smoke inside, I would have chosen a smoking room. It's that simple. This is THEFT!!!
Safety: Your credit card information is NOT safe.
Noteworthy details: They are stealing money by adding false charges to credit cards they hold for deposits & incidentals.

Decent wifi. Good front desk service. That's about it. Non-smoking room smells of smoke.. and beds were basically untouched besides pillows.. not worth price.
Rooms: Needs better housekeeping.. dirty sheets as if not cleaned off and just tucked back into place.

Coming in early for a good night's rest. Two dr's appointment tomorrow. I told the clerk that I needed a good night's rest. So she put me on the very end. Away from everyone so I thought. All rooms were empty except the room right next to me. I found that out when the two guys were loud. Slamming doors. Had a huge dog. Then the police showed up off & on. Then finally arrested them early am. The next morning I turned my key in. The manager was there. I voiced my complaint. An she said that she had been having trouble with these two customers since they booked on line. She apologized. The room had dead roaches turned up on the floor. Alarm clock no batteries. TV did not work. No batteries inthe remote. No rest for the weary. Good nite.

Very nice the rooms was bigger then I imagine breakfast was pretty ok. We just needed a place to stay overnight. We do not need anything fancy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms: The room was very clean. The bedding was clean and comfortable.
