Wow, I wait 15 minutes in line by myself, only to be ignored and have management ring up two new people who where behind me and came in from the outside the building from just pulling into the parking lot. Way to lose any esteem I had for this place.

If you need tire service and nothing else, this is the place to go. They also offer free air to the general public even if you are not a customer. Basic flat repairs are cheap. Side-wall damage must be a whole new tire, but for me, it was only $20 more to have two tires done, rather than just the damaged one.

I have never, in 40 years of driving, ever found a more competent and caring staff of professionals in the tire industry.They are truly concerned with my best purchase, whether or not it is they whom make a sale.Their management staff, Levi and Dawson, are incredibly polite and determined to help.Their Alignment tech, Elijah, is beyond professional. He is extremely patient, like my van was the only purpose for his repair that day.Answering questions and giving advise or options is the name of the entire crews disposition!I could not afford to trust or try any other shop, as a mistake with ones tires or suspension could be tragic!Discount Tire in Lake City, Florida...y'all rock!!!

Discount Tire has simply become my go-to tire and wheel shop due to continued reliability and quality of work as well as generally good customer service. On my last visit for new tires, they called me within 10 minutes of making an online appointment to let me know I could come in early if I wanted. They had me in and out before I could even get back from lunch at the neighboring restaurant!On top of that, they switched out my lugs due to a recent notice that this particular one was no longer recommended for my wheels, FOR FREE!oh, and did I mention they do alignments now too!See ya later Firestone (old shop)...you're outta here!

My family and I have been going here for years and never had any problems, but the service here is rapidly plummeting since my last few visits. Discount tire employees gave me the runaround for months about an alignment and I ended up wearing down the tires I purchased from them down to the steel rods. Which is very unsafe. My last and final visit was when they wanted me to buy two new tires at full price which wouldn't be needed if they had done the alignment in the first place. (I had purchased a total of 6 tires at this point) the employee was rude and arrogant when speaking to me. I decided at that point I was better off giving my money to a business that cared about their customers and at least treated them with respect and dignity. I won't be coming back here nor recommending this business.

We had a blow-out on our trip from NC to FL. Stayed overnight in Lake City and contacted Discount Tire to get a quick turnaround on repairing our tire. This group of professionals were fantastic responding to us. They committed to do the tire repair in an hour and it was completed in 30 minutes...very important since we still had a long drive ahead of us. There was no charge for the repair. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you trust this location for your business.

I am extremely upset with the way i was treated today at discount tire today, usually when i pull up an associate greets me getting out the car not today. There was a lady beside me she was white driving a luxury car well she was greeted, serviced, and held an extremely long conversation with an associate. As she getting serviced another associate offers to help her, now she’s getting help from both, meanwhile I’m still sitting with not even the first offer. I guess they thought i pulled up for a pit stop … I then took it upon my self to park in the tire pressure check area and still had to wait as if i wasn’t there to be serviced. This type of behavior i feel was very racially motivated and unfair. I buy all my tires from them for over the past two years this is totally unacceptable.

Went for an alignment with rotate and balance. I paid up front for alignment but once he put my truck on the machine it was apparently NOT needed and they immediately refunded my money!! Rotate and balance were no charge as usual. Staff was very helpful and courteous as usual! Love this place and their employees are super nice.

Excellent service, staff very customer service oriented. Always friendly and accommodating. Best tire buying experience I've ever had, every time I've been in. Have brought several family members for their tires. 100% recommend you give them a try - I know you will love them too!! Very satisfied customer!
