My girlfriend and I broke down near Lake City , FL a little over a week ago. We tried calling AAA and all local tow shops nearby, no one could help us. We were a long way from home and stranded on the side of I-10. When it seemed all hope was lost, we got a call from Josh Casey with Davis Towing saying he was on his way. Josh was the most helpful, most sincere tow guy I’ve ever met and he got us loaded up and helped get my car to a trusted shop only a couple miles away from our final destination. Josh is an absolute legend for helping us out, and an even better person for making us feel safe and taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about Josh with Davis Towing, give this man a raise!Service: Car towing

Did not schedule towing with people only the dealership trade was for… just showed up and didn’t wait to be let in. Just drove through yard which truck was way to big for before being given permission. Tore up fig tree and peach tree as well as giving deep ruts and tearing up the yard to dirt.

We got our vehicle stuck on the middle of nowhere. They were super quick to respond, very friendly and professional. We shared our location on google maps so they could find us thankfully. We would give more stars if we could! Thank you!

Not personable or understanding when dealing with recovering my stolen truck and hoping my prescription medication was still in it. They expected me to pay a weekend fee to access my vehicle when it wasn't my fault it was in there. Even though I told them my seizure medication was in the truck, along with my ID cards and hoping my bank cards, they didn't care. It was all about the money. Not customer service or health. Needless to say I had multiple seizures and didn't get my truck back until almost 2 weeks later paying an outrageous storage fee.
