Went there about 7 tonight to get pen needles I was out and needed to take my insulin I usually go to Walmart but since they started closing at 7 can't get there in time and Publix is too expensive l looked the price up and they were cheaper so I I drove 20 miles to CVS wait in line for what seemed like 15 minutes told them what I needed they asked if I had any prescriptions there before I said no and they said they would not sell them to me it was policy I said it was the most ignorant thing I ever been told I don't know what they thought I was going to do with them I'm 66 Year Old man diabetic among other things I would give them a - 0 ⭐ if I could won't be going back I was very insulted would not recommend this place at all on the way out an employee asked what was the matter I told him and he said o and smiled at me ?

Giving this place even one star is to good for them, they deserve zero. This place sucks with a capital S. They NEVER answer their phone and you can't get a human to talk to to save your life. They NEVER return a vm and when it gives you an option to speak to someone it directs you to vm. I called and when I FINALLY got a human he transferred me to the pharmacy and it disconnected me. Every time I called and was transferred it would keep disconnecting me. The people are NOT helpful customer service is deplorable and I will take my business elsewhere. Fix your damn phone system CVS

Dave or David's ( the manager) performance and attitude is extremely unprofessional. He took a ballon from my child.....she is 2. I told her she could get a ballon and she was playing with them while I looked at earring. David took the ballon from her and said " I'll take that" and I said well we planned on buying it....and kept going and chose not to acknowledge me. And when I told him he should speak with the parent and never take things from a child he tried to change his story and say " I said I'd help her, I was helping" but in fact he was aggravated that she was dancing with the ballon and wasn't hurting or breaking anything and was listening to her mom!! I guess Walgreens will be more family friendly.

Had to move pharmacy because of winn dixie. Have gone in here multiple times on Baya and customer service is lackingI understand they're very busy because of Winn-Dixie's transfers. But my time is valuable also. Came in to pick up a prescription that I called in about the day before received a message that it was ready when I got there it was a different medication and when I asked could they go ahead and fill the one that was supposed to be ready they told me I could come back after 5:00 because they were closing for lunch. I will most likely move my prescriptions from this pharmacy.

I like the rewards program at CVS There are always a ton of useful coupons for the products they sell. Also, the night manager at this particular store is always wicked nice and helpful. He also complimented my shoes a few times. Very great staff! Give that guy a promotion!! ?

Wish I could leave 1/2 star, the female at the front counter was rude and had an attitude. Poor customer service skills led to me leaving my stuff right there on the counter and walking out.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy is a joke. Constantly shorting prescriptions. Their reps are clueless and Don't seem to care.
