The manager lies!! She will tell you to call cricket yourself to get a problem resolved, she only wants your money. Once you purchase a phone you are pretty much on your own. I had to call corporate in order to get my problem resolved. I really appreciate that corporate.. a easy fix on yall end. Buyers beware, I would go to another cricket store so you don't have a problem down the line, I'm pretty sure another store would be more than happy to make sure that the customer leaves there store happy. The lake city store on highway 90.

Both young ladies I dealt with, Victoria the first day, and Amanda the second day, were very sweet and so very good. I had to come back the next day due to my circumstances. I will tell you, the second time I went back there were a lot of people in that lobby and one little Amanda and she did absolutely amazing. She gave a few of us lollipops, but she should've been the one getting something. I highly suggest going there if you want cricket as your carrier.

Cricket wireless customer service is absolutely atrocious. I purchased a Motorola 5G power in less than 2 weeks it quit working properly now they're telling me I have to send it away and do without a business phone for 2 or 3 days. The personnel in the store was actually no help whatsoever.

They carry every IPhone imaginable but they only carry a select amount of android phones. You can get a IPhone 15 pro max but not a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra. Very disappointing.

Hannah at the Lake City office has no customer service skills!!! Employees are the face of a company and should be held to a set standard! I have had no problems other than the way she handled the ending of our phone conversation. In my opinion she needs the proper training on how to handle customers on the phone.

I visited about a month ago. The ladies were wonderful! Julie gave me her business card. I was self-employed and my phone crashed in the middle of a gig. I was using my phone for work. I hurried to the Cricket store, and they had me in and out with a brand-new and much better phone in less than half an hour. I was super impressed with how much they wanted to help me. I was in a panic when I got there, and they just went straight to work and helped me. I will never go to another Cricket store again.

My service isn't always working And I live in town! Also I think it's so wrong that ONLY new customers get all the deals when cricket should also be good to their customers they have already! We should also have the chance to get a big discount on phones and accessories just like new customers do!
