I've been going here for a while when it comes to car repair and they've always done good work for a good price and they've always been honest and that's a commodity I don't think I'll go anywhere else for my car especially in lake City where a lot of the repair places will try and lie to you and get every dollar they can from you

I had to wait a week for parts, but that's not their fault. But my car was fixed for a reasonable price.

John was so professional. We were on road trip from Florida to Georgia. The car started shaking. After some struggle, we found John. He agreed to fit us in and see. Two hours later, we were back on our way and felt the dollars spent was reasonable, and more importantly, we were taken care of. Thanks John!

Bad coil pack on F150 4.6. Called four places before I called complete. Everyone was a week out. Complete got me in within the hour and had it fixed in no time. Thanks guys! Needed the truck tomorrow and now I have it.

They saved our vacation. We were driving and started hearing a chirping sound in our engine. We brought it to complete automotive care and repair early in the morning on Monday and they had our rig fixed by early afternoon. Very friendly people. Good service. We were back on the road in the afternoon.

Thank you so so much to Complete Automotive Care and Repair in Lake City Florida for helping us get back on the road! Jon was extremely helpful and kind getting us back on the road first thing in the morning after our alternator went out. He helped us get to Team USA trials on time because of helping us first thing is the morning. If you are ever in the area and you need help with your car 10/10 would recommend their service. Bottom line, good people, great work, at an affordable price!

This place does great work in a timely manner !!! Three years ago I had them put in a new a/c kit that I got from Discount Auto for my 07 Nissan Xterra. Last week the a/c compressor went bad but John and his team replaced it at no charge. If your car has a problem, come here first !!! Al Edwards, Lake City ?

I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced under an extended warranty for an air conditioner issue. The car was dropped off the following Friday. That next Monday I was told they did not want to repair my car that they called the warranty. They did not call the warranty company I had to take my car somewhere else and I had to pay out-of-pocket for a rental car that should have been covered had he called.
