Had the privilege to do business with Gary at our shop and at my home. Super easy to talk to and work with. He went the extra mile to make sure our container was setup properly. He even came back out later to make sure I was still happy with it. While he was there, he made some small adjustments to the doors to make them open even better. Hands down wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

If we could give this review 10 stars we would. Columbia Containers & Storage is truly one of a kind. Gary and Rachel are more than just face value individuals. If you are looking for a container to purchase or rent, your search undoubtedly should end here. From the first phone call I made to inquire about their services, Rachel was outstanding on the phone. Answered all of my silly little questions with so much grace and offered every little bit of information and assistance that she was able to. We went out to their lot in Lake City to take a look at the inventory that they had available at the time and happened to run into Gary and their son. To say that they were incredible people would be an understatement. In small, family owned, local operations no matter what kind of business or service is offered, customer service is what your business thrives and survives on, and Gary and his family sure have it figured out. We enjoyed a conversation with Gary and his son and then immediately said we were 100% certain we were going to look no further and purchase our container with Columbia Containers & Storage. When Gary says that he is taking care of you and looking out for you as if you were a family member of his, he means it and sure does it. Gary is a man of his word and there is a lot to be said about that. From speaking to Gary and his son at his lot, to ordering the container the next day with his wife Rachel and communication about the purchase, to the ever so quick and efficient delivery, to the set up, to the assistance with the set up and the tips and trick he recommends to maintain and best usage of the container, Gary does it all with such grace, humility, and integrity. Gary and Rachel have a well oiled machine going and they are a dynamic duo behind this business - which we will highly recommend to all family and friends that we speak to. Spreading a positive word about a small, family locally owned and operated business is worth more than anyone could every tangibly understand, and we intend to do just that every opportunity that we get. We are beyond thankful for Gary and Rachel and are so thankful that we found them. Not only did we find the container that we were looking for, but we also found a genuine friend, and that we are truly thankful for. Columbia Containers & Storage truly is family and their family is always welcome at our table.

Columbia Containers are truly aONE. OF. A. KIND family owned company. Gary and Rachael genuinely are compassionate about providing the BEST of the BEST in customer service! They went ABOVE and BEYOND with not only communication with scheduling, but overall in assisting my needs.I had bought 2 containers (while living in Michigan from another company, as I had not known about Columbia Containers at that time) and had them placed on our property in Florida on May 11, 2023. Since moving to Florida in June, to say I have STRUGGLED trying to find someone/company to turn one container 180° and move it approximately 30' is an understatement!!I was feeling defeated as I hit a dead end with every call previously made to numerous other companies!!This dynamic duo were EXCEPTIONAL from the very first call! Gary not only moved my container without hesitation, but far exceeded my expectations of customer service!!!! He assisted my dad and I with various, complex, obstacles he knew we were still facing out of the kindness of his heart! He was utterly devoted to ensuring every single aspect of his service was PERFECT!I actually became emotional, because of Rachael and Gary, I'm able to FINALLY begin the build of my first ever container home! My heart is more than happy and I'm BEYOND BLESSED to have found such an AMAZING company that really does value and take pride in their work and their customer service! What a great family owned company! It is always refreshing to receive great customer service not only did we receive a top-notch container they were highly experienced and were able to deliver on schedule and get the unit set exactly where needed as promised. Called these guys on a major time crunch and they were able to deliver within a few days. Awesome service and very friendly, from the first time I called all the way to delivery. The unit is perfect for our needs during renovation, was very economical and very convenient. Gary and Rachel have been fantastic!

Our experience with Columbia Containers & Storage was way better than we could have hoped for. From the first conversation asking for prices to the moment they dropped it off. Everything Gary and Rachel said they would do they did and more! When Gary delivered it he apologized for being 15 minutes late which rarely happens in today’s world. Then when we asked him to put it in the spot we wanted he put it exactly where we asked. But he didn’t stop there. He asked us how long we planned on keeping it and what items we were storing. Based on suggestion to move it in the shade which required us to move an old tractor. He lent us a chain and helped us move it before dropping the container in the shade. All in all I can’t praise this company enough for their customer service. Professional and polite with a concern for customer satisfaction! Makes me wish I had enough stuff to rent another. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.*Update 7/31/2023*Gary recently picked up the container after we moved into our new house. He and Rachel made this process so easy and convenient. Gary even asked me for a rake after he loaded the container so he could smooth out the dirt and leave the land better than it was when the container was delivered. He genuinely wants to have a satisfied customer. He and Rachel treat their customers like family. I am beyond impressed and very thankful for them and their wonderful business. Don’t waste your time shopping around for a better deal or better service. You will definitely find it at Columbia Containers & Storage!

Gary & Rachel are the best! Very helpful and professional. This one tripper is great! They took off all the stickers for us & rolled out a cooling type of sealer coating on the roof with an excellent paint job all the way around. Great color for the woods. Love doing business with some good ole local down to earth folks!! Colombia Containers & storage highly recommended!
