I’m giving this rating based solely on a phone call. I called to see if the would be able to hem some pants for me, the woman was very polite and informed me that their seamstress had recently retired, she quickly gave me the name and number of a seamstress around.

One pant out of 2 suit pants was ironed flat sideways. Next day I traveled back 25 minutes to correct it. They didn't do it then and there because there was no one to do it. So I had to go back one day later.Everyone should check the clothes before taking them home.

I always have a great experience here. My clothes are perfectly cleaned and pressed and service is always rendered with a smile.

Absolutely horrible place!! If you want your clothes to be destroyed, bring them here. They washed my clothes in a normal machine when I brought them in to have them dry cleaned. When I called them they told me that I never asked to have them dry cleaned?

Shirts had wrinkles ironed in, and the pants where only creased from the bottom the top was not. These where uniforms with special instructions on creasing none was done. Asked if it could be fixed as uniforms where needed for next day. They wanted to give me the uniforms back next day after I had to be at work. No refund was offered. I had tried them once before and had seen the wrinkles where ironed in tried them one more time and regret it.

I would not recommend this dry cleaning business to my worst enemy me and my wife took in a $300 comforter to have it dry cleaned the comforter came back just as dirty as it went in and once it was brought home and noticed they were called immediately went back into the establishment they not only would reimburse us but they wouldn't even take it and dry clean it again so for you folks out there who think about going to this place I would highly highly discourage it go find someone that is worthy of cleaning your stuff because these people will not do their job
