Katherine went above and beyond to help me get eye drops. Found a brand that was on the shelf and then looked up the brand I asked about. Even though it was 5:50 pm and closer to 6 pm when we finished, she didn’t rush or act put out. Great attitude and customer service all with a smile.

Always fast and friendly helped me navigate through this whole blue cross blue shield plan they put me on with a Walgreens only pharmacy. I wasn't having that. So I'm paying over 120$ more each month just to have my good Ole home town pharmacy back. It's nothing personal I just do not like Walgreens. I'm gonna stick with cheek and Scott they are worth the extra money in my opinion. Eric and Caroline and Zoe are the best! Thanks guys

Everyone here has always been fantastic. During lockdown, they were the only pharmacy in town that had my son’s medicine. When they send an automated text and I respond on the text, there is someone there and they’ve called me back. There are pharmacies much closer to me, but I’m sticking with Chick and Scott.

Anyone in the Lake City and/or Live Oak area that needs prescriptions filled should be using Cheek & Scott. They are the definition of a local, small town, customer first business. Time got away from me this morning and I forgot to go get my meds, and Eric went out of his way to come back after hours and get my prescription filled since he knew I couldn't go without until the start of next week.

EXCELLENT service. Staff is knowledgeable, and very patient when answering questions. And most important very accurate. They have never made a mistake on my prescriptions. A vast improvement over my previous pharmacy. I use the drive thru and the wait time is exceptionally short compared to my previous pharmacy. Thank you Cheek & Scott Pharmacy!
