The wedding set that I’ve had for almost 20 years was damaged in a fire. I brought them to Chastain’s hoping for a miracle and they came through for me. My set now looks as good as they did the day I said I do! A quick turnaround and very reasonable price. Chastain’s have definitely earned my trust and future business. Thank you!

My Mom needed a necklace mended for my Dad as part of their 50th wedding anniversary. Mom called first to ensure they was on site repair (which there is!) and so she took off with the broken necklace. She was initially told it would be 2-3 weeks for the repair. She told the jeweler about her plan to surprise my Dad with it for their anniversary and she needed it much quicker than that. They were happy to accomadate her needs and the necklace is now repaired and ready to surprise my Dad! Thank you so much Chastain Jewelers!!! Our family appreciate your consideration and I'm sure you will now be my parents jeweler in Lake City!

My boyfriend and I came in during the day after my birthday, as his treat he bought me a gorgeous heart shaped ring from Pandora. Here's the thing, immediately after I got home, slept in the ring, and took it off for the first time.. My finger was green. For a "sterling silver" ring to turn my finger green, that's not okay. Especially with the ring costing over $80. For that price, I would've expected my finger not to turn green. AND there's two stones missing from the band. Needless to say, both upset and angry about this purchase.

Hubby and I were leaving for a major conference within a couple of hours and I completely broke the pin from my watch. I called this company because I found them on Yelp and was very pleasantly surprised to find it is a mom and pop type jewelry store within the "Mall" at Lake City. They agreed to help me fix my watch immediately. I quickly drove there and the very friendly staff repaired my watch within 5 minutes! Plus, they literally only charged $10.00 for the repair, despite it being kind of an "emergency" thing and not possible for me to just leave it or wait around. I will definitely be using this jewelry store again and again! I am impressed that they do in-house repair. Plus, I asked if they do appraisals and they do...for a reasonable fee (using a certified gemologist). The jeweler I have previously used passed away and this will likely become my new go-to spot for repairs and possibly even some purchases. I definitely recommend this business.

I am obsessed with Chastain jewelers, They are the most professional local jeweler for Columbia County hands down. Linda Dowling and Christina Walker are the most helpful Women I have ever met! There is so much integrity and dignity at the store. I’m a huge fan of Pandora & Nau-t-girl jewelry! Linda is amazing at truly finding great hand-picked items for this location! Will always shop for my next pieces at Chastain jewelers!!! Linda darling you truly have an amazing staff of women at Chastain jewelers oh and of course David❤️

Walked in to have a bracelet repaired. Was told it would be $35 and three weeks turn around. Walked across the mall to Kay Jewelers and it was fixed on the spot and at no cost. Kay has a new customer for life.

Exceptional customer service! Beautiful quality pieces and repairs! I’ve had multiple rings sized and they have very reasonable prices and fast turnaround. I purchased gorgeous floating opal earrings almost a year ago and one suddenly started to leak, I brought it back to get it repaired and they offered to repair/replace or refund with no questions or hesitation. They are always adding new and unique pieces so stopping by to window shop is a thrill, especially when I saw the hand selected opals in the display recently!! I love this store and the people who work there!

The best jewelry repair I've ever had! I had a ring repaired and when I got it back (at a reasonable price) it looked as good or better than when I originally bought it.It's so nice to have such a positive experience.

Went in this week to request information on jewelry repair after Linda explained I needed to present the pieces before giving specific abilities or prices or dates. Another woman greeted me who was very rude, had no interest in answering questions and was basically barking at me. I left after a few moments feeling very disrespected and annoyed I even went in. I won’t ever be back. Sad when you have to take your business out of town just to get service. Y’all should really do better.
