They took 3 months to instal a nitrous kit and bought a completely different kit than what I told them to order. Once the instal was complete I told them to r***** the timing to prevent a backfire. Well they didn't do that and the car had a huge backfire. I had to replace the exploded intake and it took them another 2 months to replace that. Then they installed an air/fuel ratio gauge for me but they kept some of the parts needed for it to work properly (That's what I assume because I haven't found the box that came with the gauge for it to work and the tuner for my car told me it wasn't working). After all of that they tried arguing with me about what lean and rich airflow is on the gauge after I already spoke with professional nitrous Express employees at a Lights Out drag racing event. My car spun a main bearing a few months later and I believe that nitrous backfire is what led to that even happening. EVERYBODY stay away from this shop and make a better decision than I did.

We shouldn't have to beg tony to order parts, its been over a week. And no parts. He is unreliable and not. business like. He doesn't care about the customer, not dependable. Shop somewhere else. Before you go there. We will definitely tell family and friends not to do business with this company again. They don't even deserve one star.
