“This place is wonderful, the best customer service! My husband I had belts twist in a tire on a 24” inch rim while driving on Interstate 10. After spending hours calling all the shops in town and neighboring towns we decided to rent a vehicle. Because it was extremely close to closing we attempted the closes rental companies first. We called Avis with no luck, then stopped at Enterprise and they didn’t have any vehicles available to rent. With 2 minutes to spare before closed we rushed to Hertz in hopes they were still opened and had vehicles available. We pulled up to the building and the lights were off, however, I attempted to go in anyways. The young lady on staff (I did not catch her name because I was so frazzled??) was setting the alarm to lock up but invited me in to see if she could help. Luckily they had 1 vehicle available that was just turned in big enough to fit our gear. She had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. We ultimately ended up finding a tire in Jacksonville and a local shop stayed after hours to fix it. I wish this location had a night drop box that we could have taken advantage of to leave the vehicle in Lake City since we resumed our trip after the repair to avoid the one way trip fee.”

Ormondo and Chelsea are awesome customer representatives. You can book online or in person. This has been the best experience so far for renting a car. I will return again and again”
