We have been looking for a RV that was suitable for us to be comfortable during our trip planned for cross country travels. We visited the Lake City location twice. The first time we met Don C., he was very helpful and informative. He showed us units we wanted to see. Listened to our needs and made suggestions. Showed us units he suggested for us due to our tow current tow vehicle. Also helped us understand that just because the unit says half ton towable, it might not be a good idea. We are very grateful to him for his knowledge and guidance. Which further review, the Lake City location did not have the unit we wanted, we did find it at another location and wanted to work with him, but in our case it was not possible. Don was a true and honest person, told us that he prefer we end up with what we wanted rather than him making the sale. Now that’s a great sales person! If you are wanting an honest, well meaning person to purchase your Recreational Vehicle from, make the trip and buy from Don C. at Camping World In Lake City Florida. You will be glad you did. No high pressure sale, just good, honest options and suggestions to help you decide on the best unit for your travel needs and most importantly, your tow vehicle. Thanks Don! Happy Camping everyone!

Those people are rip offs. I bought a new 2022 Jayco 174BH model from them. They called me about buying it back from me. They told me one price and then gave me a much lower price. I sold it back for $11,000, took a big loss just for them to put on their lot for sale for $21,500. They are liers. They sell crappy cheap campers.

For the first time in a long time the staff was actually proactive in terms of customer service. The usual experience is that you have to walk around and try and find someone to help if you need help or try and check you out if you need to go to the cash register and check out.

FYI, everyone that comes to your place doesn’t want to go into the office and give all of that info to your sales people. Some of us are visual shoppers. I saw a couple of RVs from the road that I wanted to check out. I told the sales person that. He continued to tell me that WE are not going to walk around the whole lot looking in all of the RVs. Again I told him, I’m not wanting to look in ALL of them, just the few that I saw from the road. So he said that the paper needed to be filled out with all of my info on them so that HE can show me what matches my form. WHAT THE HECK!!!! I told him that I have NO budget, I buy what I like. But had in my mind a max of 250K. He stated again that WE are NOT going to walk all over the lot for this. So I left. How sad. This is why I always make my big purchases out of state. I simply did not
Want the calls and emails that you guys send everytime customers fill out that form. EVEN when you say you will not contact the customers, you do. I know this because you did it to my mother and my uncle after they requested no contact. My uncle made his purchase in Georgia and my mother made hers in South Carolina.

Top shelf service. Had a small problem with my new camper “operator error “ but there helped me out and were very professional. The staff in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

Went in to get adapters plugs for generator. 2 people at the front desk didn't speak to me, and 2 more were sitting in the recliners and didn't ask if I needed help even after they seen me struggling to find the right part. I guess if you're not buying an RV they don't see you.

Zoe and Ashley in the retail store are amazing. They help you find all your camping needs. The entire team was amazing and as far as the sales managers go, Rashaad and Shannon Go above and beyond To make sure you can park your dream in your driveway! Excellent experience while purchasing our new camper!! DJ, our sales specialist, was so easy and fun to work with. Since we were out of town, we started working together over the phone - he was quick to respond to our questions, sending videos, pics, etc.
24 hours later, we drove to CW Lake City, where we met up with him and finalized the transaction. All went so smooth!! Can't say enough good things about him. Very friendly and customer service oriented! He's our new buddy!! Lol!! Highly recommend CW Lake City - be sure to ask for DJ!!

Shout out to our sales rep ADRIAN in Lake city. He went above and beyond to meet our request even when we changed our mind several times. Finance manager, greeting staff, and store assistance and the technician were great. Go see Adrian at the lake city location today.
