We switched to CVS. Baya was always messing up our scripts. Filling them and we didn't need it yet but then not taking it out of their filled order to the insurance. Also, we found out there was multiple coupon cards for different medicine available that Baya didn't tell us about. They just charged us the full amount. We're they cashing in the coupons on their own anyway? CVS told us about the coupons. They are the best.

I walked in at 5:25 and SPOKE and No One uttered a word!! All four individuals looked at me and didn’t say I’ll be with you shortly or anything. My Physician told me how great the Service is and AJ Ward works well with Patients!! In my opinion, the Customer Service I received was awful!!

I was just lied to, right to my face. All for $4 AJ has lost business. I do not pay anything for generic drugs, ( I have great insurance) and he wants to tell me he called my insurance and told me they don’t cover a generic prescription drug. They would really have a cow if I were to have to buy a name brand drug.

Fast and Friendly service! I just moved to this pharmacy due to Winn Dixie's merger with Aldi's... It's been 3 months and I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff.. The prices are 50%less than I was paying at Winn Dixie with my Good RX card!! I highly suggest you get your medicine here. You will not regret it!!

Baya pharmacy is absolutely awesome. I switched from Walgreens in Live Oak, because they treated my fiancé so well, that I wanted this type of treatment for myself. Everyone, especially AJ the pharmacist, are very caring and helpful with all my medication needs. They are the best!

Baya pharmacy east ln Lake City, Fl.has been absolutely amazing for their complete professionalism in EVERY aspect I have used them!!! We love Baya East Pharmacy! It is quick and easy, our meds are always ready, and the staff is A+++++! A.J. is a peoples' pharmacist who always greets you by name, answers every question, goes the extra mile and sends you on your way with a smile on YOUR face and a vision of HIS smile in your rearview. Always a wonderful experience! So glad we made the switch a few years back from chaotic to calming. SHIVANI is in the clinic part and manages the weight loss portion. She is so kind, knowledgeable and caring. Her program is fantastic and is working wonders on a lot of people. We could go on but we are running out of room! Call and ask for Shivani, start losing today! We also just got our Shingles shots! One stop shop! And no..they didn't pay me to say all this.. We just love this place!

My parents used this pharmacy for yrs before they passed, They both thought the world of AJ.. I personally used Walmart pharmacy for the past few yrs, every other month my script was going up a few dollars, it finally made a major jump from 452 dollars to 598 dollars, I thought of baya pharmacy and called AJ, He told me he could take me as a patient and He also cut my script cost in half.. Thanks AJ and rest of baya staff..

If I could give more stars I would. It is worth the drive, even though I don't live in Lake City. I have NEVER waited longer than 10-15 minutes, and I've been going there for several years. Most of the time you are in there less than 5 minutes. All employees are kind and helpful, and it's great that small customer-service oriented place still exist.

Came in today for my usual and had questions for my usual pharmacist Mr Ward who is amazing. Unfortunately he was not in. I dealt with a young lady by the name of Lindsey who was phenomenal answering my questions and concerns. Enough so that I thought her customer service deserves recognition and at the very least a positive Google review. I recommend Baya east to everyone!

Exceptional service! Prescription available when chain stores are out. Short wait, less than 15 minutes! I've waited hours at my previous pharmacy. I'll be transferring all to Baya. Thank you, Baya Pharmacy, for your excellent customer service!
