If you value instruction focused on building confidence/peace of mind, led by a teacher who cares and has deep knowledge, you’ll love Alligator Healing Arts Yoga. Its beautiful atmosphere (both energetically and physically) is unmatched in this area. The welcoming and patient guidance of Ginger, as well as a sweet community, make AHA Yoga a delightful haven to learn and grow within.

AHA Yoga is friendly, inviting, calming and educational. Virginia runs a beautifully clean and well stocked studio. Yoga classes are for all levels with helpful tips for extra challenges, and always relaxing. Every person fits in, they are very mindful of body size/shape/ability and cater to every need specifically. This studio offers one on one, group, and several levels of practice as well as a variety of yoga instruction (Hatha, relaxation, etc). If you're interested in forming a dedicated practice with top notch instruction and after care, you want to be at Alligator Healing Arts Yoga! It is a place you feel at home, like you belong and want to return.

I have been going to Alligator Yoga for almost a year now. It has had a big impact on my life and would encourage everyone to set up some time with Virginia at Alligator Yoga

Walking up to the studio, you're treated with a view of the lake and the beautiful array of flowers that have obviously been handled with great care. You walk in the door and the vibrations of the space hit you instantly.A class with Ginger is such a treat. Her level of knowledge and commitment to her practice and students is of the highest order. Always patient, calm, reassuring, and available. Her students adore her for it. The highlight for me is her yoga nidra class. It's geared toward relaxation and she is so thorough and her voice so soothing that inevitably half the class falls asleep. :)I have honestly never left one of her classes not feeling better than I did beforehand. Couldn't say I've even had a bad day after one. I leave feeling present and wide open and I carry that energy with me.Book a class. Doesn't matter who you are, you'll love it. I have no doubt.
