I called Acceptance in a panic. Lisa Scott was very pleasant and told me to come in. I had no idea the office was crowded when I arrived. She was absolutely amazing. Had a recent issue and needed roadside assistance. Roadside assistance was giving me a hastle so I called acceptance directly and spoke with Shelby. She not only handled my issue but stayed on the line after getting me connected to make sure all was handled. She even called back later to make sure all was taken care of. I then got a call from roadside with a much more reasonable rate and they informed me that Lisa had called them telling them they need to do a better service. So HUGE SHOUTOUT TO SHELBY AND LISA FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

They sell cheap insurance that is true BUT KNOW the price is Directly related to and commensurate with the value you may or may not receive So they are ready and willing to take your money even provide you with a full year policy but my experience tells me that the companies they represent and pedal policies for aren't worth a plug nickel should you require what you're lead to believe you're paying for including comprehensive (because if you try to file under comp for spite they diminish you're vehicles value {carfax} by filing a ding under collision without any evidence, WHATSOEVER, of any actual accident)
