Sold inferior product. Zen- 0 by GCE. Had multiple issues their only suggestion was spend more money to upgrade to another brand. Now they will not correct their problem and buy back this unit because it was GCE. Seems they want the customer who they sold GCE units to, to correct their problem. They did not stand behind the products they sold. If you decided you could not afford to upgrade they just wait for customer to pass and refuse to buy back. How cruel and morbid.
All these high star reviews obviously they have not experienced an issue with equipment. And the $500.00 dollar extra insurance was useless to us. Read carefully very limited.
If you notice anyone who purchase GCE products were given the run around because they knew inferior product and did not want to lose income by solving the problem and helping the clients. To solve problem they would have to return purchase price of the problematic GCE product which would have been too much for the company. Instead they decided to sacrifice the GCE owners to keep their profit. Heartless.

Collin Grimes was very helpful, polite, and informative. He went out of his way to be sure I got all the paperwork I needed for my records. My machine was shipped very fast and works perfect.

Collin Grimes is THE best advocate for people who need or want an Arya Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC).I started with the Arya P5 & recently upgraded to the Q. Both are great machines, however I find the Q much more user friendly, & highly recommend the Q over the P5.Collin offers expert support with kindness, compassion, & competency while keeping the buyer's personal needs at the forefront.We have 3 friends who were on the Inogen, switched to Arya & are ecstatic with their decision.I recommend y'all do the research; it'll only take about 5 or 10 minutes until you make the right choice.To those who require supplemental oxygen on the go, I say, "Enjoy your freedom with confidence!"

Spoke to Michael Bentajado today with questions on portable oxygen for my husband. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and help us feel like we were making the right choice. So thankful Michael Bentajado answered our call today. My portable concentrator broke down after 10 months.
Their large battery last about about a year before it starts losing
power.
