I'm a new resident. Lake butler post office and Worthington springs post office are two seperate locations and are not the same. All my mail goes to lake butler even thou I have it as Worthington springs 32697. Sensitive mail has been sent 3 times and lost twice and 2 weeks later the expired sensitive mail shows up. Today is Weds, two of my items are behind their desk because it does not fit the large postal box and why are they closed on a Weds?? Their time is already 8-noon and they can't even uphold the promised hours? I only have this p. O. Box because it came with the property I purchased. When it runs out I will be opening a Gainesville po box instead. I'm a delivery person myself, and this just drives me nuts.

Horrible place! The postal workers are rude! I often order expensive plants and if USPS delivers them they always die. Today my plants were sent to them it's 100 degree weather here and the plants will die cause there not stored in air-conditioning. USPS is supposed to deliver priority mail on Sunday and Amazon packages per website. They say it's not there fault but I'm sure these companies pay them very well I despise this place. So when I get them tomorrow they will be dead. Called customer service they do not care. Postal service is a complete joke!

This post office is horrendous. They are closed on Saturdays but we still receive mail on Saturdays…I have a package that got there after noon yesterday but I won’t be able to get it until nest Tuesday due to the office being closed today as well as Monday because of the holiday. This place needs to get someone in there on all the days that we receive mail.

There's never anyone here. And then they charge you late fees because you can't pay to keep your box open BECAUSE THERES NEVER ANYONE HERE.

I am not receiving my packages or delivery notices. I actually received someones $10,000 check. I do believe some one at the PO is stealing peoples mail. I am not the only one with this problem. I have went up there they tell me they will call me whrn they locate my packages. I never receive a call from them. PLEASE some investigate this place. PLEASE. I will be call the BBB.
