I just called about cookies the butter pecan kind and the young lady was so rude/inconsiderate saying she wasn't making anymore because she was about to shut off the oven ?

Got up this morning with my debit card at a negative balance because there was an unauthorized charge for $126.00 posted from "Fast Track #214". Don't know if this is a common problem or a fluke, but anyway fraud charges have been filed
