I went into lake butler location, not expecting to be approved for financing but I needed a washer and dryer as mine went out all at once. First off, I walked in and the store is so welcoming and warm. There were a lot of options furniture wise, however I wish they had more of a selection when it came. To washers and dryers (they are pricey). Regardless, the staff was quick to welcome us and assist in information and let us shop. We picked out a set and to my surprise I was approved and couldn't have been more thrilled. While waiting to wrap up my purchase, I tried out couches (as my next purchase after my home will be living room furniture) and I fell in love with how comfortable they were. Anyway, the NEXT DAY my set was delivered, the delivery crew was patient as I have dogs that needed to be put away, and they wheeled the washer and dryer right in. Can I say they work like a freaking charm!!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you badcock furniture. You have a returning customer always here!

I walked in on my lunch break to get a set of box springs for my king size bed and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Not only was the staff helpful they were also very sweet and knowledgeable.

Best advice I can give another company (as a manager myself), is put cameras at your loading dock so your employees can't call your customers liars!
If your employees are going to break company policy, THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
