The rooms are small and nothing exciting. The tap entry on all the doors creates a high pitched buzzing as you walk down the hallways. Parking is $40/night for resort guests. They only put one coffee pack in our room and we never had room service come the 3 nights we were there, so never got more. All three hotels share one pool area so it’s very busy. The bus wait times never worked so it was always a guess when the park buses would show up. The walls are very thin so you can hear everyone and thing that walks within a mile radius of your room. They don’t run buses to Hollywood or Epcot since you can walk/ they make you use the boats which have pretty small capacity considering they are picking up park guest and all the boardwalk hotel guests.

Packed place with very little breathing rooms, long lines and slow service. Temperature kept very warm. I was disappointed. For the expense one could find a much better venue.

I am a lifetime platinum Elite (12 years / 1091 stays). My experience at this resort compared to the other 1000+ nights has been nothing but disappointing. Muhammad, manager on staff, did try his best to make our stay a more favorable one, but at the end of the day the hotel just fell short. The rooms are tiny, middle of nowhere courtyard at best. You cannot close the bathroom door while sitting on toilet. The beds are doubles and not queens. This is a 1500 room hotel, geared towards conferences and business travelers. It is not a family hotel. It’s a transit, high volume hotel, and the service and attitude shows as such.Aside from early park access, there is little to no benefits from being on “property.” Disney staff do not consider this a Disney resort.Marriot doesn’t have a stake in ensuring it meets their standards as they strictly manage it, and you can tell it’s managed differently than other Marriot hotels.I really wanted to love it, but would not recommend families to stay here. For the little points you’ll earn go elsewhere. Maybe for the breakfast? That’s disappointing as well. Simply not worth it.

The location is perfectly fine assuming you walk through boardwalk to enter (do not use their mears to parks, it take you to transportation center and adds close to an hour) to parks, the restaurants are “less than”, (avoid il Milano), the hotel is okay but there is zero Disney magic, and I mean facility, not decor. The main lobby bar has nasty margaritas for $20. Just not ideal. We will not return.

The location is great - very close to everything and has direct access to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood from the resort. Also you can simply walk to Epcot along the beautiful Boardwalk and be there in less than 10 minutes.Resort lobby needs some acoustic al treatment as it gets too loud in the evenings. The AC in the rooms doesn't work well. Also, when guests visit during the convention please make sure to have more restaurants open to avoid massive lineups.Other than this really enjoyed my stay and the service at the hotel.Walkability: Close to Epcot, 10 minute walk or ferry, and a 10 minute ferry to Disney's Hollywood Studios

Absolutely amazing. Super clean. Great customer service. Double balcony rooms are the best!

Great place to stay for a conference or a vacation, especially if you don't want to be inundated with all the typical trappings of a Disney hotel. Still, there's plenty of magic to be had here, and the hotel offers a variety of dining options, and access to hot spots around the park through shuttles. I really liked how you can walk to the boardwalk and shuttle to Disney Springs. Great options for a fun (and mostly free!) time out!Nearby activities: Few minutes walk to Disney Boardwalk. I think you can walk to Epcot too and maybe other spots with the skyrail and shuttles

The best advantage of the Swan & Dolphin is the water taxi option right outside the hotel. Typical Marriott Bonvoy standards throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

Magic Kingdom is a little far away, but Epcot and Hollywood Studios can be reached by boat or on foot.
