9901 Hawaiian Ct, Orlando“The first thing that welcomes you before you even enter the store is the delectable smell of chocolate. The tour starts in a room with benches adorned with cocoa bean burlap bags to set the stage for the cycle of the cacao fruit to all the way to becoming your delicious chocolate bar that you get to customize. If you arrive a little early than the start of your tour, you can watch the videos that have trivia questions and choclatey knowledge tidbits.
The tour takes you through the working factory accompanied by the guide's stories about the cacao growing and harvesting. You are regaled of the history, cultural impacts, economic significance of the humble little "bean". All with an engaging and lively flow. You get to taste different stages of the cocoa bean's journey to become chocolate. There is lots of fun interaction that even kids will find entertaining. Including feeding a dragon...
At the end of the tour, you customize your own chocolate from a wide choice of ingredients. The bar has to solidify, then it gets delivered to the front via a ceiling mounted conveyor track and hooks.
They let you know it's a small operation that is family run. Truly, you feel the care, attention to detail, and passion that you just can't get out of a big operation.
Treat the family to an educational and tasty diversion that doesn't compromise your theme park time.
Kid-friendliness: The tour has your guide (ours was Cheryl) interacting with a cartoon hero prince and his talking dragon sidekick. Then a fun interactive game of catapult skills feeding the dragon.”
“If you’re looking to organize a team building activity, look no further! We had a group of seven and when we arrived the owner gave us a tutorials on the different types of things we could throw and then it was off to us to have fun! They have a bar onsite (with beer, wine and soft drinks) and everything is well maintained. Prices are great and I couldn’t recommend this more!”
“I wish I could give six stars! We just got married at paradise cove and it was an absolute DREAM. We worked with Jasmine from the day we toured and she was phenomenal! So helpful, so kind, and so professional! She answered all of my crazy questions and helped us feel perfectly at ease. The day of went so smoothly, if anything went wrong, we sure did not know about it! Both Jasmine and her assistant coordinator Arianna were fantastic. We had not met Arianna until the day before and she was amazing. Anything we needed she was always right there! Thank you Paradise Cove for the perfect day!”
“The venue is beautiful and so convenient! Being able to have both the ceremony and reception in the same place is so nice. They partner with 3 different catering companies so you have plenty of options for food! It’s in a plaza with a Publix which was so helpful when you no doubt forget something day of or when you need to get food while you’re getting ready. We had Jessica as our day of coordinator and she was amazing! Very detailed and focused! She made sure the whole day went smoothly. Her and the team were very responsive and answered any and all questions I had, no matter when they came up.”
“Had a great time recording here! My recording engineer Drop and his assistant Jacob were super friendly and guided me through the entire process. Also got a tour of the entire facility since it was my first time here - the place is huge! Definitely intend on becoming a regular.”
“I didn’t think I would have this much fun playing mini golf! It was one of the dates I planned for the week I stayed in Orlando. All the decorations was really cool and pretty to see under the black lights which made it extra fun. I also managed to get a hole-in-one. I thought it might be hard to see the whole. But they made it really easy and challenging at the same time. I would definitely go again and recommend this place.”

1500 Masters Blvd, Championsgate“Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a standout destination for those seeking a blend of luxury and impeccable service. My recent stay at the resort was highlighted by an exemplary encounter with hospitality that truly sets Omni apart from the rest.
From the moment of arrival, the valet service was not only efficient but also tailored to the needs of modern travelers, accommodating our Tesla Cybertruck with overnight charging facilities. Such attention to detail is a commendable touch that enhances the convenience of your stay.
The heart of my exceptional experience, however, was the front desk service provided by Andrew. His approach to customer service was nothing short of remarkable. Andrew’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests' needs made our check-in process a breeze and set the tone for a wonderful stay. His dedication is a testament to Omni’s commitment to hospitality excellence and makes him a true asset to the company.
Our room was a haven of comfort, offering all the amenities one could expect from a high-caliber resort, along with a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. The following morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast that catered to a variety of tastes, rounding off our short but memorable visit.
Given the outstanding level of service and overall quality of our stay, I enthusiastically give Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate a well-deserved five stars. It’s not just the tangible aspects of the resort that impress, but the intangible warmth and attention to detail that make your stay unforgettable. Especially with Andrew’s hospitality, Omni ChampionsGate is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Orlando area seeking a luxury resort experience.”

“I recently had a fantastic time bowling with my work team, and I owe much of the experience to Tonya, the manager at the bowling alley. She did an exceptional job setting us up, ensuring that everything was ready for us to have a great time. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch, with staff members who were attentive and quick to assist with anything we needed.
The game itself was so much fun, and the lanes were in excellent condition. The atmosphere was lively, and it made for a perfect outing!”
“My girls had a blast went here for a party definitely a great place for kids party and the staff literally takes care of everything, notifies the floor when to report for pizza and cake and cute and served the cake, kids didn't want to leave”
“Omg!!!! I hope to have all events here!!!!!!!!!! Anyone looking for an event space look no further! The owner was amazing to work with and understood the vision of the event to the core!!!!!! It was a one stop shop which made planning so less stressful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot thank you on your team enough!! I wish you all continued success and more more more growth and events. Thank you for listening, being kind, and just being an amazing person! Looking forward to working with you again!”
“Awesome staff and environment. Loved doing the self guided painting canvas and my girlfriend loved painting the charcuterie board. Not a huge artist, but it seems like they have a great selection of paint! Rarely you see an art studio that provides an elaborate selection of refreshments!”

“My Wife and I had a wonderful wedding reception at this location in 2012. I disagree with the poster with the one star rating. We had a great experience with the owner and she was extremely professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful reception. The only time you need to walk thru a music store was to meet the owner at their adjacent office and to pay the fees. This did not bother us at all. In any case the music store is away from the actual halls so no need to worry about your guests on the day of your meeting or other event. It was spotless. We had a large number of guests and did not receive any complaints whatsoever. We would use this venue again in future without any hesitation.”
“It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice. Only issue would be the mattresses. They are not very comfortable. Service only got 3 stars due to there lack of friendliness. Asked for a few clean towels from them when they were cleaning the room next to ours and it was like I was asking for our room to be completely cleaned. Language barrier as well.Location is closer to all amenities.”
“We went bowling at this bowling alley while on vacation. It was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. Their accomadations for ADA persons is great. Our daughter (whom is special needs) had a wonderful time. Along with the staff being great!”

5711 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee“I am a platinum elite HI Reward member from Canada and travel extensively on business with Holiday Inn. As such, I've stayed at a vast number HI properties over the years. My family had the wonderful pleasure (perhaps even privelege?) of staying at Holiday Inn Oralndo SW - Celebration Area last month (February 2024). The front-desk employees are outstanding and by far the most friendly, helpful and caring service staff I have ever experienced. They truly go way out of their way (impresively more so than any other front-desk service I've received including numerous 5-star facilities) to take exceptionally good care of their guests. This is particularly true of Ms. Victoria L. who demonstrated genuine compassion and exemplary service regarding an important (specialized personal neck pillow) I inadvertanly forgot in our hotel room.Despite numerous technical difficulties and unforseen international-shipping complications with courier & postal services, she personally went to exceptional length and effort to ensure the irreplacable item was successfully returned to us. Victoria understood and empathized with our unfortunate predicament and personally arranged USPS delivery on her end. Clearly not required of her, well above and beyond normal front-desk service of most other hotels. Victoria did it anyway, just to personally ensure we were taken good care of from beginning to end. Now that's impressive.Thank you Holiday Inn Orlando SW (Celebration Area) and a very special thank you to Victora L. for her absolutely exceptional compassion, care and personalized service beyond any normal expectation. She sets the gold standard for hotel service and professionalism. Well done Victoria, we thank you and will be forever grateful.I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Orlando SW - Celebration Area over any other hotel in Orlando, bar none. You will not be disappointed with the impressive staff and their outstanding guest-services standards. Excellent location, excellent staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar - they are all good and super helpful/friendly). A real nice place to stay.Ted MansellNiagara Falls, Ontario, Canada”
“Place is nice.Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Just make sure you bring your own water. You pay $6-7 for bottled water. That was my only beef LOL water should be complimentary, but if they must charge $2-3 tops geeze!Nearby activities: The pool inside is nice with a cool slide. Lots of restaurants inside. Close to all the attractions like Universal.Food & drinks: Venetian Chophouse was amazing. Gustavo was an on point, professional, and personable server. The sports bar downstairs is a great place to watch the UFC fights! Rum bar upstairs was cool too. I think Cole served us and was very friendly.”
“Our wedding (4/12/24) was a dream come true. The second we entered Chandelier, we knew that was the place!Everything was perfect, beginning to end.The decor was perfect, even how the place smelled is a great soothing smell ( and yes we pay attention to those details.Thaisha was and is amazing, she made sure our needs were met way beyond expectations. They have the perfect team. From the food, the DJ and the service we received.Thaisha and her team made our night, one to remember! We wish we could give the experience 10 stars!”

Looking for an affordable yet fantastic bowling alley that doesn't compromise on quality? Look no further this place is a hidden gem that combines wallet-friendly prices with an amazing array of services, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly makes this alley shine, however, is the exceptional service provided by their dedicated team. In particular, special thanks are due to Shannon and Tina, who epitomize professionalism and attentiveness. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile enhance the overall atmosphere and ensure that every guest feels valued and taken care of. Now, let's talk about the food - it's a delightful surprise! Despite the affordability.. From classic favorites like crispy chicken tenders and sliders and burgers also specialty pizzas there's something to please every palate without breaking the bank. The service is prompt, ensuring that you can enjoy your game without any interruptions. Additionally, the alley maintains a well-stocked bar offering a variety of beverages to complement your bowling experience. 700 Bloom St, Celebration“We visited this hotel for brunch while looking through Celebration town so I can’t say anything about the rooms but the lobby and food were both wonderful! It was very light and airy , with all of the windows and wood decor. The hotel is on a lake so the view is wonderful but it is HOT even with shades and fans so sitting inside was preferred. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The food and bottomless mimosas were a 10/10!! I’d definitely return again to try more items from the menu and explore more around celebration town .”
“Service was wonderful. My husband got the voodoo shrimp and although it was a very small portion he said it was delicious! I got the Cajun chicken pasta which was just ok. Supposed to have blackened chicken but it was more like chunks of thigh meat. Too many big pieces of pepper and onion and sauce was way too runny. The kids didn't love their mac n cheese I did try it and it was pretty tasteless not sure why they didn't like it. Their chicken fingers were blah too. They had a weird after taste to them. Drinks were good! A little pricey but what isn't these days?!”
