Delighted with the UNOde50 store at Disney Spring. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Excellent service from Patricia, she helped us choose beautiful jewelry pieces. When we were going to pay we had to play roulette and we won a $500 gift card. A unique experience.

As you can see the reasons for returns.. this will be the 4th return of just these model of rings where the “silver” had totally worn off after only one month. have sent back 4 others as well. have been told they’re all failing due to body chemistry… really ? The pearl rings .. bought 2 .. the pearls are only coated to look like pearls and when the coating rubs off.. its a plastic ball underneath. So disappointed and have exhausted my patience to keep returning them. Tried different styles. Fyi.

I’m obsessed with this jewelry and have purchased many pieces of my collection at the Lake Buena Vista location. The jewelry is beautifully handcrafted and made of quality materials. The store is beautiful and smells DIVINE, I must own their scent, please bottle and make it for sale!! The staff, especially Jessica are phenomenal. They know their product and sell it well. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location. Don’t forget to ask for Jessica and have fun shopping!!

The returns policy for full credit "only applies to website purchases" according to the Tampa store saleslady only upon my after Christmas return. This policy is not posted in the store, nor was I notified by the saleslady verbally at the time of purchase. The website states " the jewelry must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase for credit to your payment method"---in this case my credit card. I am incredulous that this retailer does not grant full credit upon return within the stated 30 day window of unblemished product , packaging, and receipt.
