“I'll start here with a bit of the most incredible customer service I've pretty much ever experienced!! (Kinda a long post coming)So- On our last day of vacation a week or so ago we decided to stop by Disney Springs, specifically the LEGO store to feed our borderline obsessive addictionThe staff in the store was great and helpful as with every experience I've had in a LEGO Store.Then there was a problem.We had a few sets shipped home as they were kinda on the heavy/large side and we're sure if we'd have the available weight or space to bring them on the plane. We were a little surprised they charged for shipping on a large order, but we're completely OK with it (the website generally has free shipping).Well after multiple messages from UPS changing dates and times of delivery, we of course ended up missing the arrival of the first box on Wednesday, so I had to go to a drop off location to pick it up.When retrieved, the outer box was rather mangled, but whatever. It happens. When we opened it, one of the sets was open, had a random bag open and parts everywhere, the instruction booklet opened and those items scattered as well. A second box was rather damaged as well.Out of frustration and annoyance I emailed photos to the Store Manager of the location. Not placing blame on anyone as I don't know when/where the damage occurred. Whether it was in the packing process, or UPS' shipping. I wasn't expecting anything in return for this other than MAYBE an "I'm sorry this happened, we will look into it and ensure it doesn't happen again" kind of generic message (if there was a response at all).I just received an email form the manager stating the damaged sets would be COMPLETELY REPLACED!!! I'm absolutely elated and shocked. This is so far above and beyond that I can't even find the words to begin to state my gratitude.I want this to be as public as possible to give this individual and his store the credit and recognition that are so rightfully deserved.Ian, and Michael of the Disney Springs LEGO Store.... if by some chance this somehow reaches you... THANK YOU.”

“This is a nice small souvenir shop with some unique posable toy souvenirs. Check them out and while you are there make sure to look at the upper shelves for some vintage Star Wars toys and action figures.”

“On this account I review places I go with my service dog, Barbie. Today we stopped into Windtraders. Windtraders is their Pandora, Avatar themed shop. The items they carry are kinda silly but unique and are my jam. Like do we need wooden knot tied pencils that I guess look like the Navi use them? No. Do you need trading cards that teach me how to say “bladder polyps” in Navi? Negative. Will it be fun? YES.No issue with access of course since we were already in the parks with my service dog, it’s usually less busy here than other stores for those looking for a sensory break or a dog break.”

“The World of Disney is a huge store in the Disney Springs area. Almost any product that Disney sells should be on display and for sale here. They do a pretty good job trying to control the crowds but sometimes it can get pretty loud and just a little out of control. Almost anything you want should be for sale here.”

“I had seen so many pictures and videos of the Build-a-Dino workshop in Orlando. We decided to combine our vacation in Disney World with a visit here. The selection of dinosaurs is really diverse and the selection of matching clothes is even better. The employee who breathed life into our dinosaurs with plush was really unique, very warm and gave us great advice.Price performance is absolutely right. The quality is very, very good. We had a lot of fun here, would come back at any time and can recommend a visit here at any time.”

“The "Baby Yoda" store. I love the Mandalorian series and this store was my dream. I would say Beware of the extreme fans because when I saw Grogu I called him the baby Yoda and and older gentleman for berated me for using the wrong name and cheerfully it just killed the whole experience for me.”

“We went here only to find the original Toy Story figures. Sadly, they were pulled from the shelves a few months ago.We did, however, load up on all the new ones they had.It’s a nice place but I didn’t see anything you can’t find anywhere else.”

“We bought a set of light sabers because all sabers where 30% off plus our DVC or Disney Visa discount. Bought $350 worth of light sabers (pre discount) but both light sabers has a manufacturer defect that went unnoticed by cast. We left the park, got to our resort room and started looking at them when we noticed the defect. For the cost, I believe they should open and inspect them before selling them.We had to drive back, park, walk the 10 mins from the front of the park to the back of the park in the light (for Florida) rain to have them exchanged. The staff exchanged it and made sure to inspect them to be functional before we left. The new ones have the same defect, HOWEVER it was 99.5% aesthetically correct vs the glaring issue on the first one being like 85% correct or whatever.So those hilts we purchased might have engineering issues and we got the “I’m clocking out in 5 mins and it’s Friday” version the first time around.The staff at this location though, all lovely and took care of us both visits. My deluxe resort I’m not happy with, they did require I go back and wouldn’t handle it for me and I thought that was annoying since we’ve used that service once before in California with no friction.Both times we had dinner reservations on property to attend and would not make it back before close. We had to cancel our reservations and eat McDonald’s instead but thankfully we explained the situation to the restaurant and the restaurant didn’t charge us the cancellation fee. I’m glad we had days after and could cancel but I don’t want to imagine if that was our last full day with Cinderella’s Royal Table too and an early flight the next day. That would be a nightmare.”
