The line to get in was really long, but it moved fast. The store is huge and carries a great selection. There are so many cool/impressive lego displays around the store and outside of the store. Amazing.

I had an amazing experience at the LEGO store! One of the highlights was being able to create my own custom LEGO minifigure, which was so much fun and unique. The interactive area was a fantastic addition, allowing kids and adults alike to build and play with LEGOs. The displays were impressive, showcasing incredible models that truly inspire creativity. The store was bustling with people, showing just how popular it is. Yes, LEGO sets can be a bit pricey, but the quality and variety make it worth it, especially for collectors and kids. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always around to answer questions or assist with finding specific items. Overall, it is a great store for LEGO lovers of all ages!

Big massive store, line was big and under the sun but it was nice for the kids to have a look, and ended up with a little build your own car race outside the store for kids and adults ?

As a southern boy would say,"like shooting in a baited field ". Every kit is unique and just waiting for a engineer to assemble. My 9 year old friend got a kit that was labeled as 18+.
No problem for her!
Some of the largest kits go for premium prices, upwards to $750+.

This store is usually pretty crowded but the line moves quickly (if there is a line). They’re well stocked and offer an annual pass discount that you can’t get at other LEGO stores. I lost the survey from the receipt that they asked me to fill out but I am writing here because the staff was great and Nick especially was helpful!

Had ok time.
Would not do minifigure factory again. It's basically more expensive build ur own minifig. The only part thats "customable" is the minifig torso. I had screenshots from minifig factory online. Couldn't make them exactly how I pictured.
Shopping for the sets I wanted was somewhat easy,only 2 cashier registers were open at this location. 2 out of 6.

Always a fun place to stop and checkout. So many cool Lego options. You can design your own mini figure as well. It's usually pretty crowded and lines can be long.

We recently visited the Lego store in Disney springs. It was like being in the Lego movie, everyone was so happy!! Alex helped us and he was amazing! He walked us through everything when we made our Lego characters. He even let us pick out some extra pieces. It was a great experience!

Our visit to the LEGO Store at Disney Springs in July was nothing short of amazing, thanks to two exceptional employees, Sara and Zach. I brought my niece, nephew, and sister along, and we ended up spending three hours there, having an incredible time. The store was busy, but Sara and Zach went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference.
As someone with terminal cancer, I deeply value moments like these, and I couldn't have asked for a better day. Both Sara and Zach were not just great at their jobs—they were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making our visit memorable. It’s rare to find such dedicated employees who take their roles to heart, and they did just that.
I made sure to give positive feedback to the store manager before leaving, as Sara and Zach’s efforts deserve recognition. What was initially a quick stop turned into one of the most unexpectedly enjoyable experiences, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff. A big thank you to Sara, Zach, and the LEGO Store team for making our day so bright!
