Google asked me to do a review. I didn’t look close enough to see if this is the same as a character dining experience but everything at Universal was incredible for my 3.5 year old son. He had a blast and enjoyed himself in everything we did.

Mostly a kids shop. I wish they would cater to adults more, especially for the clothing (considering a lot of us adults grew up with comic books and the Marvel movies). It was cool to see here, but I sadly left without buying anything.

I went to this store on Saturday 09/21/2023 around 8:30 pm. It was nice store but there was a guy with black earings standing next to a glove ironman infinity gautlet. He was like security or somthing. This guy spoke very feminine and was very rude. This is supposed to be the most magical place on earth why is he rude and giving attitude to the parents of a child being a child. This is unacceptable. He needs training on how to de-escalate. Terrible

I flew down from NJ to Orlando to have a Father daughter weekend. Dad and I spent several hours here at Disney Springs today. We went to many different shops and I bought a bunch of things! But I needed to take time to thank Tim at Marvel Super Hero headquarters! I stopped here on our way out and bought a cup for my father in law and when I went to pay for my cup, Tim noticed my Disney wedding ears and congratulated me! Not only that but he gave me a"Happily Ever After" pin for myself and my fiance AND then he said "We have someone that wants to talk to you" and he handed me the phone. I was so confused but Mickey was on the phone and congratulated me on my engagement and wished me a very happily ever after! I'm not kidding, I started to cry. I had such a great time there but Tim truly made my experience extremely magical right when I was about to leave! I walked out and told my dad what Tim did and my dad walked in and shook Tim's hand and thanked him for giving me that experience!!!! TIM, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!!!! I want you guys to know how special of an employee you guys have!!!!! Again, Tim, THANK YOU FOR SUCH A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

No stars! My daughter bought a very cute cup from this store. When she got it back to our hotel room I was looking at it and noticed the bottom is cracked. It just have been cracked when she bought it. We took it back the next day to exchange it. We were told they would not exchange it because it was cracked...I referenced the receipt which says exchanges within 15 days. The cashier refused to exchange the cup saying it was store policy. So now I have a brand new cup that can't be used and I'm out my money. I will not be shopping there again.

I love Disney & the Marvel store was amazing. I have to say, I am super thankful for the employee “Jessica” when I went there with my family this past week. My daughter felt faint, due to her thyroid condition.. & Jessica took immediate action, helping me make sure my daughter was safe & healthy. I am so grateful for Jessica being there that day; she helped calm all of us and keep us safe. She also was very knowledgeable about store items we were interested in and we t above and beyond. Xoxo

The reason why, I gave this review 4 stars is because of Matthew. I'm not sure if he is security or an actually worker in the store, but thank you so much for letting my 6 year old nephew who was a tourist into the store when the other 3 female workers wouldn't. We ran all the way back to buy the Iron man infinite hand which was a very expensive item. Thank you so much again you completed his experience with this one thing he wanted.

Inside this Marvel super hero store, you'll find some Disney / Marvel branded merchandise.
Given the size of the shop, it's primarily all the latest goods are sold.
Here, you'll find Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America, etc.
Park outside and Walk in only.

Such a fun store. Everything inside is worth a look. Slightly disappointed there were not enough shirts representing the superhero’s…example would be a Thor tee with a cape, etc.
