We converted from cable to Smart City internet/wifi and streaming! Iziah at Smart City was an enormous help to us as he went above and beyond as the technician for Smart City in helping us to convert !!!!!

Customer service is alive and well at Smart City! My internet went out yesterday (Cause unknown). TONY was scheduled to diagnose the problem this morning. He called to tell me he would arrive in 10 minutes. He promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced the “tired” connection- all within 30 minutes. What a pleasure to have a skilled technician who not only quickly and efficiently fixed the problem but was courteous the whole time. Thank you Smart City for sending TONY. He gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ on a scale of 1-5.

Iziah just installed our Wi-Fi in our home, he was incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He even had us test our internet connection multiple times before leaving to make sure the connection was the right speed! Thank you Iziah!

Jeff S was punctual, friendly and definitely knew his stuff. He found the issue in short order, repaired it and stayed to make sure all connected components were working properly. Iziah was amazing. Went over and above! He tested my speed and found out that I had antiquated equipment outside. Seems I have been paying for one gig service and not getting anywhere near that level of speed. He upgraded my equipment outside and now I’m getting what I am paying for.
