We had the best customer experience at this Oakley store! The associates were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with multiple pairs of Oakley sunglasses. Will definitely shop here again. Stop in and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Our sales person Todd was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable about the product with a great demo on durability. Did not give the high pressure sell which was very refreshing and greeted us upon entering the store. In fact everyone in the store was very pleasant and helpful. Great product even made it better. My 10 year old grandson loves the glasses. Thanks everyone. I don’t usually leave reviews but had a great experience:)

I got two sunglasses from the Disney Springs store. Oakley is known by the quality of lenses and products. But this time I didn't have a good experience.
After one day of use, I realised one of the pairs I got was scratched. 4 days later, I came back to the store to replace it. I wasn't able to do it, as the attendant told me she wasn't allowed due to store policy. She explained that I had to pay an extra $20 for an extended warranty in the moment of my purchase. But this wasn't told me in the moment I got the pairs.
I'm feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated, soon as they are expensive sunglasses and I was getting two top quality sunglasses from the store and is my first time getting Oakley sunglasses.
Also, I was using for the first time my other one when I went to the store and I was told by them this one was also scratched. Which made me think about the quality of the products.
