By far the best thing we tried was their MORIMOTO "BURI-BOP" (korean style yellowtail rice bowl, served in a hot clay pot and prepared tableside with egg yolk) because of the flavor and the table-side presentation. Really special and I like my food hot. Recommended to get a reservation time through the Disney World app, really easy. The ORANGE CHICKEN had more of tangy flavor than spicy. Wouldn't recommend it.The MORIMOTO SPARE RIBS were beautiful and had a nice crunchy texture exterior. Yummy enough but wouldn't order again. Our server blessed us with a birthday dessert which was like a puffed bread exterior (cardboard flavor on its own but pretty design) filled with ice cream and a hard chocolate. Overall it was so yummy but don't think it's on the menu. The architecture was beautiful. It's very spacious and open-air. It's dark and surely a wonderful way to escape the heat and humidity.

Morimoto Asia, a two-story high marvel with beautiful drop chandeliers, a glass, open-view kitchen, and upscale Pan-Asian dishes. Video features Morimoto’s Japanese-Korean fusion dish “Buri Bop” that put him on the map on the original Iron Chef and served table side.My family and I love this restaurant and always go here when we’re at Disney Springs. The atmosphere rivals the food. It’s chic, spacious, and cosmopolitan but also connected with people and food evidenced by the photo wall in the back of the restaurant.I 100% recommend Morimoto’s Buri Bop as it’s consistently delectable ($36)(how can you not try the dish named after the chef?). Since it’s served table side, the cook who serves the dish tells Morimoto’s history with the dish which is fun. The special fish from the Toyosu Fish Market ($10-23) are also super fresh and light; a special treat, a perfect bite.Service can get quite busy during peak times so you may need to wait a while for your food. Always book a reservation!Morimoto Asia transports you to another glamorous world where fantasy becomes reality in a beautiful setting with gratifying food.

I was so excited to come here only to be seriously let down by the very subpar food. I've gotten better fried rice and sushi at the local Japanese buffet and didn't have to spend nearly as much. Maybe my expectations were high with morimotos name attached to it...but this is not iron chef food.. only the prices are.

Dinner here was fantastic! Our server Anthony was the best, he recommended the short ribs which were very good, wish we had space for more. Anthony provided quick and friendly service. It was the perfect spot. Thank you.

We ate there on our recent trip to Disney. The food was good overall. My issue is the price for what you get. Much like the rest of Disney, they stick it to you on the prices. We had the shrimp appetizer, which was great, and I don’t recall almost of the rest of the food at the table. I know we had the asian ribs, which were good, not great. For four of us, it was about $140 after tip, with no alcohol. $$$

April 2024 update: still the one! Must be great management because everyone seems to love working there. March 2023 update. Gawd we love this place. If you don't get the ribs and the fried rice (see photos), then don't blame me! 2022: Expensive ( $62 tenderloin, $36 half rack ribs...worth every penny) but a good example of you get what you pay for. Great waitress who knows the menu and has been around a while makes a difference when seems like so many undertrained newbies elsewhere. Need new chairs on upstairs patio that don't rust.Dietary restrictions: Attentive to weirdo allergies like mine!

Went to Disney Springs and wanted to find a good place in there. My friend suggested we check out this place since it’s an Iron Chef restaurant. The interior was beautiful and stunning?, and it was very busy even on a Wednesday night (It was around spring break season when we went). We walked in without a reservation and were very lucky to get a table on the second-floor outdoor patio. If you really want to go to this place make a reservation just to be safe. The first thing that the waitress said when she came to us was that this is an Iron Chef restaurant (Well, after she introduced herself obviously, but she really had to make sure we were aware that it was an Iron Chef restaurant?).The things I remembered to capture photos or videos of were the Lemongrass Chicken Dumplings, some sushi on the special menu, and the Lobster Singapore Noodles. The food was good, without any doubt, but the portions were really small. We didn’t really felt like we ate anything after finishing all the food that we ordered? (we also both have quite a big appetite), so we decided to try out another place after this. Basically had two consecutive dinners?.We didn’t feel like the food here really lived up the hype, but the atmosphere is nice for sure if that’s what you’re looking for.

I would first like to thank management for getting us a table for 14 in no notice. Within 20 minutes they got us to tables fairly close to one another. This is unheard of in these types of places. Thank you again. This place is beautiful. From the walls to the tables and decor. We went there to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday and we weren't disappointed.Everything we tried was delicious. If you're in Orlando I highly recommend this place. I will be going back soon.Awesome service and fantastic food.
