Kevin Lopez at the store located in Disney Springs, was very helpful in helping me choose my products, he had extensive knowledge about which straps or belts were dressy or which were formal, he knew his employer's policies and knew in detail the history of How the company was founded and started. 100% recommended store for any type of formal/semi-casual clothing.

This is my go to spot for Johnston & Murphy shoes. Their selection for men and women is the main reason I picked this location. Plus when I needed replacement laces, they got me in touch with customer service. I was received complimentary laces in the mail that fit perfectly in my shoes.

I stopped into this location at Disney Springs to purchase a birthday gift for my husband. He has many pairs of Johnston & Murphy shoes and also wears their clothing. I was looking for the shirt that matched a pair of swim trunks he had recently purchased. I only saw one of the shirts on the rack so asked if they had any more in the back. Grace said they’d just gotten more in and hadn’t had a chance to put them out but she could check in the back for me. They had the size I’d asked for, Yay!Grace provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the store. Before I made the purchase, I asked if she could double check his account to make sure I was buying the right size. She pulled up his account and verified that he had actually purchased a smaller size so she got the correct size for me. During checkout, she asked if I was a Passholder or DVC member and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that annual passholders receive a 10% discount at this location.

Great experience and customer service. the worker Courtney was amazing and showed my husband the dual width shoes and brought 4 different options to try. Will definitely be shopping here again with her.

Awesome buying experience! Grace's customer service was unparalleled. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional, especially given how unsure I was of the style and size I wanted to purchase. She made it a lot less stressful, and I would recommend both this location and her in your buying process.

I had a great experience at this location. Grace was awesome to shop with. She made it fun and very personable. She ensured me that whatever size that wasn’t on the floor, she had in the back. Once I chose my shirts, she brought newly wrapped ones from the back, not off the rack. She offered options for other shoes in case they didn’t have my size in the blue ones shown. All this without asking. Oh and she’s very easy on the eyes too lol. She’s a keeper Johnston & Murphy. Don’t let her go!!!!

Rude, good not greet me. Did not ask if I needed help. Was wanting to buy shoes and was completely ignored. When I tried asking for help I was shrugged off. Very disappointed.
