I was visiting from Texas and ready to spend on my favorite brand, unfortunately the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome after asking me to pull my mask even higher on my nose multiple times. I was the only shopper in the store at the time too. Beautiful store but very bad vibe created by staff so I’m taking my money back to Texas to spend in our store. what a shame, hopefully Florida will catch up with Texas and give up masks soon.

Very discriminatory attitude of sale associates at buena vista orlando location. Very dismissive, rude and not helpful at all. Although i love the brand and used to shop clothes for my wife, but after multiple bad experience from staff, I do not think that I will be shopping there anymore.
