“Didn't stay here but ate at Cape May. Continues to be one of the best place to eat at WDW!

Food and drinks: Cape May's seafood buffet with a side order of Crab legs is the best.”

“So many amenities!! Close to all the Disney parks and they have shuttles that bring you to the parks and return you to the hotel in the evening. Universal is a 15 minute car ride. My son loved the pool and the splash pad. We found our favorite hotel in Orlando and we will be staying here again on our future trips to Disney. My son loved it here!!Food & drinks: Complimentary buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Great selection of food. Even my picky son was able to find something he liked. The 5:30 kickback was also a hit. It was pretty much dinner with 2 free alcoholic drinks.”

“My only complaint about this resort is that it's way too large. It's made up of a lot of buildings. It's easy to get lost there. Besides that it is a very nice resort to stay at.”

“We stayed one night on New Year's Eve Eve in a studio room. The room was nice. It was slightly smaller than we initially expected but still very nice. We were on the 3rd floor with no real view, so for the fireworks, we just went to the 7th floor and watched with a nice view from lobby windows at the elevators. Definitely would stay again, but we would probably prefer a 1 bedroom better.”

“I recently stayed at Art of Animation for the first time and I really enjoyed my experience! My friend and I booked a Little Mermaid room and were pixie dusted (upgraded) into a Cars suite. This was a BEYOND magical experience but it definitely not the norm. The Cars suite was super roomy, cozy, and incredibly close to the cafeteria, as well as the Skyliner (my favorite perk of this resort).Although, I think if we would've stayed in our original Little Mermaid room, we would've been exhausted by the back and forth trips to the cafeteria and Skyliner, as they are quite far away. And since the Little Mermaid rooms are the only "standard" ones (the only ones that are actually a Value part of the Value Resort), I don't think we would've enjoyed our time as much.So I highly recommend Art if you are able to swing a family suite but if you are only able to get a standard, I would recommend looking into Pop Century; a very similar resort that also has access to the Skyliner but ONLY has standard (Value) rooms.”

“the rooms were very clean, service was fast and helpful, but the location is right outside of disney magic kingdom so there is a lot of traffic to go in and out so i would suggest going here if you plan on going to disney kingdomNearby activities: lots of activitys, pools, and things to do inside of the hotel areaWalkability: lots of place to walk, kind of like its own small townNoteworthy details: pools close at 10 and open at 8”

“For starters the biggest challenges we face every time we go here is it's always at the beginning of the trip and we never bring enough money. We have been all over dinsey world, to Disneyland in California and in Paris, but the shopping is better at downtown Disney then all the rest of them combined. The restaurants are much easier to get into and the Christmas tree display is Epic.Nearby activities: Shopping!”

“Gigantic hotel with everything on site, 4 swimming pools, restaurants, the rooms are good but a little dated. The big strong point of the hotel is the Skylinner means of transport which gives very quick access to several Disney parks.

Noteworthy details: Skylinner, ultra-fast means of transportation for Disney HS and Epcot parks”

“A great time everytime we visit. Not an official disney hotel, but you wouldn't know it. The same magical Disney feeling throughout. An easy commute to any of the parks”

“I had a very nice large room with a separate living area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the parks in Orlando. Disney springs can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. I would book the hotel again at any time.”

“The room has damp carpets. This creates a specific smell.
Poor sound insulation. The walls are like cardboard.

Nearby activities: Epcot Park.

Noteworthy details: Good restaurant in Lobby.
There is a laundry service.
Good spa salon and masters.
Close to Epcot Park.
You can rent scooters to visit Disney World parks.
Buses to all parks are free transfers.
Food delivery to the room.
There is no good food among breakfasts and food for small children.”

“We've stayed here twice in two years, and we will be returning, as using this as our Orlando base if we do not stay inside of the Disney bubble or have a boutique hotel in mind for the Orlando area. The rooms have always been up to our standards. The service is fine if they're not busy. And their location is good walking distance to Disney springs security checkpoint and their swimming pool is very nice. We have only stayed a few days at a time at most and have not partaken in all of the amenities this place offers, but the ones that we have used we have not had a problem with. The last time we stayed there was a book convention so there was a bunch of weirdly dressed nerds walking around and it was amazing. Our biggest negative was that some of the restaurants aren't open on certain slow nights and if you need food you're forced to eat from the Starbucks Cold Case which is very overpriced. That was poor planning on our part so we weren't too annoyed that we couldn't get any decent grub.”
