The store isn’t very organized to be honest, the products are scattered in different sections. The work team isn’t very friendly. The payment line is too long, and you have to wait longer than normal because there are only 2 cashiers available.”

“I had seen the ad for the store and a friend gave it rave reviews so one Saturday I went to check it out. Upon entry I was greeted by a wonderful young gentlemen who inquired what I might be looking for and we spoke about many items in the store. I was looking for a specific piece of furniture and he suggested that I may find it at the not far from this location. What wonderful customer service!!!!! I cant say the same for the store that he suggested. Very poor customer service, which seems to be and on going issue for a few of the Adjectives Markets, well except to the Millenia Plaza store. I recently view a piece at a different Adjective Market that I would be interesting in purchasing, but I wanted to know is there anyway to purchase this piece from the Millenia location.Thank youKim”

During 10+ visits, I only made 2 purchases ; a hat & reading glasses.But I keep on coming back here because browsing through their cute items is almost therapeutic.”

One family was using both fitting Roos and without a complaint they were paying attention to their job and insisted that is not fair with people waiting and they handled .
