I wasn’t able to find a dress they carry, the staff offered to ship it to the store and let me know a similar alternative so I could try on. It was super helpful and I really appreciated it. This is such a pretty store and they have a good variety of their clothing, definitely coming to this location again.

I come in 1-2 a week. Working at Disney Springs cam be dangerous. The girls have always been friendly and helpful. Clothes are super cute but very pricey.

This Free People in Disney Springs is the epitome of the worst customer service on the planet. The “manager” behind the desk was extremely ugly to not only me but the rest of my party. I’ve been to a lot of free people stores and this one is by far the WORST. I will never buy something from free people ever again.

Absolutely love free people but tonight my experience did not represent the brand. I had walked in earlier in the evening and had my eye on a few items and decided I wanted to purchase before I left Disney Springs. Walked into the store at 10:38 and the employee made a comment about how late I had decided to walk into the store. I felt bad because I thought maybe they were closed but the doors were all open and I checked and they were to be open for about 50 more minutes. If the employees don't want to work late nights then maybe they should find a day job or maybe one that doesn't involve customer service. Other than the bad experience with the retail employees the store is great.

Melanie was amazingly, helpful, pleasant and offered suggestions of things she thought I would like but was not pushy at all. I purchased several things and went home and ordered more. Great selection. I could have spent 2 hours there if my husband and daughter were not outside waiting.

Exceptionally poor customer service from the store and from corporate!!! We were over charged for a necklace. The ticket price was $30 we were charged $38 +tax. We did not realize this until we got home. We then spoke with chat on-line who said they could do nothing and we need to speak to the store. We called the store and they said they could not refund and to call customer services. We emailed customer services and sent them a photo of the necklace with the price tag of $30 and the receipt showing the charge of $38. Yet, again they did not care and were pretty rude and said it needed to go back to the store for a refund. We went on to their facebook page and messaged them, they were just as useful and rude and would not help and just said we needed to go back to the store for a refund. We explained yet again that it would cost so much more in gas to travel back to the store to the store to get an $8 refund.We have our own business and have credit card services so know how easy it is to refund a customer so to be told they could only do this in store is false and obviously just didn't want to refund or take the time to refund.We were passed from pillar to post and received terrible customer service from everyone we spoke to and in the end they washed their hands with it and just told us to speak to our credit card company...so this is what we will have to do but it will be for a full charge back.

I drive 2+ hours for this place (even though I have another FP store 15 minutes from me)! This is my favorite free people to shop at. Their selection is huge, customer service is always top notch, clean dressing rooms, plenty of staffing, and it's always a pleasure to venture into this store.Parking is easy in the garages, but be prepared for a good deal of walking.The cherry on the cake is the fact that you can walk to so many amazing other retailers (anthro, Zara, etc.). You cannot beat the ambiance of the outdoor shopping plaza! Prices are steep... I would love if they can reduce the pricing specifically on their jewelry.
